We do not have the equipment or knowledge to test these printers further so they're being sold as-is. No returns. It should be noted that the instructions on the inside of the lid indicate there should be rolls that go inside the ribbon and labels but none are present with either of these printers. If you're looking at these we assume you know your way around these machines so PLEASE! Fully enlarge and carefully inspect every picture! Only what you see in the pictures is included so no manuals.
