This is an Antique Water Faucet for a Claw Foot Bath Tub. It has Hot(H) and Cold(C) stick Handles and a threaded"spout" I believe this is Nickel Plating over Brass. The plating is worn off in areas. I touched it with a magnet and it doesn't stick anywhere. The threaded water intakes are 3 1/2" on center. I show a few pictures with rulers to give you a better idea of size.
