This auction is for a laboratory electromagnet setup. It consists of a Varian Model V3401. 8" diameter face, 1.2 T Electromagnet, a Walker HS 4518 Power Supply and a Walker Current Control/Reverser. I don't see the 1.2 T written anywhere but that's what the university told me it was. I was told it is in working condition but I don't have the means to test it so it's being sold as is. I will ship it at cost. I guess that altogether it is around 4000 lb. and will ship on 2 standard 48x40 pallets, 5 feet high and 1000 lb for the controller and 4 feet high and 3000 lb for the magnet. This may be a bit high but it will definitely cover it. We estimate shipping to USA at $500-$1,000. if we use Uship auctions which are slow but cost efficient.

This is a Varian manual shut off valve# 951-5072. Ser# 705. The side and bottom ports are fitted with 2.75" CFF rotatatable flanges. The side port has an adapter fitted with a Cajon 3/8" fitting.
