They are then reassebled and vacuum checked to be sure they do not leak. I calibrate them on a Sartorius 5-place balance on a floating nitrogen table in a climate and draft controlled room. I use Pipette Tracker calibration software that accounts for temperature, atmospheric pressure, and humidity. Anything less than this is not adequate for volumes less than 50ul. I supply a calibration report stating the dispensing volumes, accuracy, and precision after repair. These are within manufacturer specifications, but if you would like to know the actual accuracy and precision before ordering and cannot make it out in the photos, just ask.
