You are bidding on a Dewar's Ancestor De Luxe Scotch Whisky Jug. The jug is dark green with gold print. Stamped on both sides and has depressed panel on the handle side. The pitcher is 5 3/4" tall and 4 1/2" wide at the spout. No cracks or nicks. The bottom is stamped Wade pdm England. There are what looks to be hard water marks on the inside. I will leave these for the winning bidder to clean. I don't want to take a chance on damaging. I found this at an estate sale. I have not been able to find much information on its history or date it was made. In my opinion the jug is in good/very good condition. A great addition to any collection. And about 14.5" tall with the bail and hanger extended. The reflector measures about 3" in diameter. Dewar started using the ITP name in 1916. This appears to be the type of lantern that was attached to a mine car. Condition: Very good with a bit of aging to the surfaces. The reflector is still shiny. No problems.
