Vintage Scrolling Advertisement and LED Message Sign 32" x 32"
The pictures make this thing look small. It is NOT. This measures approximately 36" x 36" and is very heavy. There are distinguishing marks on this as far as a maker. It does turn on and there are 3 anti drinking advertisements in it that scroll. The scrolling LED part seems to work but I believe you need to hook this up to some computer to program it with a message of some sort. I'm sure you can switch out the current advertisements for your own. There are no cracks in it but it is used, and has some scratches.
