They have been refurbished(i.e. I removed the power supply wires) What is included: 1) refurbished sure-electronics model DE-DP016 display module with 24x16 LED display and HT1632 driver 1) cable as shown in photo. 1) one link to software that may be used as guide to connecting and driving this display from microcontroller module I drove these with arduino max32 and have the source code if you are interested.
