Has old calibration sticker on it that says calibration last done 11-15-94. I don't know how to test this piece of equipment, but powered it up and it seemed to power up okay. Had an OUT OF LOCK and RCV DATA INV light illuminate. Also illuminated the BIT ERROR, CARR LOSS and BLOCK ERROR lights. A LOSS OF DATA light lit up on the panel and the number 1 continuously lit up and extinguished repeatedly at the right hand end of the panel. Since I don't know what this is suppose to do, I have described what I have done to semi-test the unit. Could work fine, as I have no way of testing unit, so will be selling AS IS. Will not come with power cord, but easy to find. Thanks for your time. Though we like to underrate the description of the item.
