To make a Jockey Box work you need the equipment necessary to dispense beer; cooler box. Antique Pre Prohibition Wood Wooden Copper Coil Beer Jockey Cooler Box Brass Tap
Up for sale here is an incredible antique pre-prohibition. Late 1800's to early 1900's, copper lined oak wooden beer jockey cooler box with copper coil and brass tap/ faucet/ spigot. This is one of the coolest pieces of breweriana I have ever seen. I believe the keg would have mounted somewhere above the box. There would have been ice packed in around the copper coil to cool the beer as it flowed through the coil. It is all original. Both connecting nuts are present on the copper coil. I did notice a split in the coil line. There is a corked copper drain that leads out of the bottom of the box. On the outside is an early model brass"T" handled spigot.
