It has a Vintage Chrome Spigot along the Bottom Edge with a 3 1/2" Opening in the Top for Bottle Insertion. I was told that it is a Vintage Tavern Display circa. 1960s but I am not certain. The Wood and Finish look to be older. I am not certain of the species of the Wood. It does appear that someone has put some type of sealer in one area in the interior of the Barrel.
