This auction is for an early 1900's oak and glass display case. Patent date corresponds to 1911.1912. It was made by The Specialty Case Co. Kendallville, Indiana. Overall it measures about 10 1/2" wide x 18" long x 4" high and the thickness of the glass is about 1/4" Condition wise, there is NO key for the rear lock. The original finish has either worn off or been removed from the front, sides and top rear of the case. The glass shows surface scuffs, scratches and age spotting. Back edge of the glass has some roughness and left top edge of the glass has one small chip and about three pinhead size chips. The sticky tape underneath the edge of the glass has deteriorated and the rear part of the glass can be lifted up about 3/8"

Antique Jewelry Store Pocket Watch Display Rack 30x32 Inches Brass& Iron c1910 Description: This is an antique brass and iron rack used by jewelry stores to display pocket watches. It dates. I would guess, to the late 1800s or early 1900s. It is 30 inches wide and 32 1/2 inches tall to the top of the eagle and 26 inches tall to the top of the two end posts. The small hooks for holding the watches slide back and forth on a track. The eagle finial is 3 inches wide and made of brass and iron. The two round feet are cast iron and the rack itself is nickle plated brass. Both iron feet are damaged but the rack still stands upright very well. A couple of end caps and one set screw are missing but this has no effect on the use of the rack. The eagle and the rest of the rack are in very good condition with no bent or dented rails. And New Departure Patented. Size is 22" x 16 3/4" x 1 1/2" deep. There is one partition piece missing on the top row left side. I bought this over 20 Plus years ago. I have for bid an Antique Victorian Brass& Tinted Amber Beveled Glass Jewelry Display Casket. It measures 9 1/2" side to side. 6 1/2" front to back and 4 7/8" tall. It has beautiful Ornate Floral Brass Filigree with Large Tulip Flowers on each end. There are 5 Tinted Amber Beveled Glass Panels, the pictures make the tint look dark Amber because of the flash, they are actually a lighter Amber Color in person. It has a tan cushion bottom that is in pretty nice condition. There are no cracks or chips in the glass and the brass is in excellent condition, hinged lid is working fine. It has four ornate legs, it does have a nice aged patina which I think adds character to the piece. Late 1800's or very early 1900's. U.S. buyers to pay $10.00 S/H, it weighs approx. 2 1/2 pounds. Tufts Boston Warranted Quadruple Plate 2543. It is beautifully decorated in deap engraved floral and contryside scienery with ornate detailed feet and haldles. There is also the Beviled glass viewing window on the lid. The piece is 7.5" handle end to end, 4" deep at feets ends, and stands 4.25" tall with the lid down. In the center on the front and back, surrounded by two eyes with countryside scenes is them, is the word Bijouterie. I found and believe this is French for Jewlry. It wieghs a little over 1 lbs. The engraving on the front lid plaque is very lite and hard to make out but is the initials H M M. This is a beautiful piece, that displays very well and shows ... moreno real outside plate wear.
