Vintage Ashcroft 4-1/2 inch 0-600 psi Pressure Gage
This working industrial grade gauge is estimated to be at least 50 years old. It has what appears to be a black Bakelite case that has been painted battleship gray. There are 3(3/16 in) mounting holes and a 1/4 inch male pipe thread fitting extends out the back of the gage approximately 1-1/2 inches. Although unverified. It appears to be accurate when compared to other gauges. The range is 0-600 psi in 5 lb subdivisions. The maximum case diameter is 5-7/8 inches, the depth(back to front) is 2-1/4 inches, and it weighs 2lbs 1oz. The"shield" logo on dial face says"1850 Ashcroft USA" There is what appears to be a movable red colored marker which is currently set at 400 psi, making it almost hidden behind the needle.
