It includes a motor coupled to the driveshaft with a flexible coupling. It also has an encoder mounted on the motor shaft. The condition of the linear stage is quite good. The stage manually moves smoothly along its entire range of travel. All brackets and the baseplate are machined of aluminum. The linear rail is steel. I have not taken it apart to see what time of bearing mechanism is included. But the quality is readily apparent. Custom THK KR4505x440 Dual Slide LM Guide Linear Ballscrew Actuator w/ 1-1/2" Thick Stainless Steel Table, Precision Ground Ballscrew& Motor Mount This is a lightly used custom THK KR45 linear actuator that was removed from a prototype fixture. It is in excellent condition. It consists of(2) separate THK KR45 x440mm slides that are connected with a 1-1/2" thick machined stainless steel plate. One of the actuators has a precision ground ballscrew that is 16mm dia. x 5mm pitch and is coated with black epoxy for corrosion protection. The other actuator is for support only and does not have a ballscrew. Both actuators have(2) long block carriages(4 carriages total) and the metal plate is attached to each carriage with(4) stainless steel bolts. The actuator with the ballscrew also has a motor mount and the output shaft of the ballscrew ... moreis 10mm diameter. This is a very heavy-duty set up with a very high load capacity and very high accuracy. Max travel is approx. 195mm(7-3/4" The table measures approx. 8-3/4" wide x 8-7/8" long.
