OK. Well here is a classic Signal Generator by Superior Instruments Company out of New York, New York. Model TV-50A. This unit is untested but is in great cosmetic condition except for the bottom of the metal box. It looks like the case at the bottom has been subjected to some moisture but when I opened it up the inside is dry and the chassis is connected about half way down anyway so it looks like the corrosion is only on the bottom. Auction find. Appears to be in excellent shape. See photos for condition. The latch works well and is tight. I don't know anything about this but it appears to be in very good condition for it's age. The outside is a bit dirty with very few light rubs or scratches and nothing major at all. The inside is pretty clean. I've tried to take photos from different angles of everything with and without a flash to help you determine it's condition. The serial# is 207 and it is stamped Dec 22 1954 on the bottom. It comes with the instruction booklet as shown and that little thing with the wire coming out of it(see pics for both) I have absolutely no way to test this.I don't even know what it is or does. But whatever it is it doesn't appear to be damaged in any way.
