Up for bid is a Siemens Siremobil 2 U C-Arm X-Ray unit. I purchased this unit recently when I moved into my new building. An older doctor had his own practice in the attached office building and was closing. He had two of these units. But kept this one for parts. He said he purchased it in 2006 and it worked perfectly until 2011 when he turned the unit on one day and it shut off after about 10 seconds. He stored it but never used it again. When I bought the unit. He powered it on and it again stayed on for only about 10 seconds and then shut off. He said it should work fine after it is repaired and that it probably only needs a new bulb. It could also be used for parts for similar unit. NOW FOR THE DISCLAIMERS: I am not a doctor. I am not a medical professional. I am not an X-Ray tech. I absolutely refuse to touch any of the controls on this ... moremachine as I do not know anything about its operation or use. This came from a surgery center due to an upgrade. We do not have the ability to test this item thoroughly so it is being sold as-is. The unit does power on. Printer does work, monitors do to turn on but nothing shows on one of the the displays. We are not sure if there is something we are doing wrong or if this is what it is supposed to do. The printer and medicapture units were unplugged while transporting and we are not sure if we plugged them back in correctly. While turning on it says system starting please wait. Manufacture date: Sept 1997. We can palletize this and we do have a forklift to load it.
