From a state surplus sale. We have here a Hoshizaki KM1200SWE ice machine. Serial number indicates it was made around January of 1998. This is from the clearing auction of a convention center/arena in Omaha that is being prepped for demolition. This is a water cooled model, and I do not have a water hookup in my warehouse space anywhere near the 240v outlet. As such, I could not actually test it. I was told by the facilities manager for the building that they last used the machine this June(2014) the last time they had a convention in that space. As such, I'm selling it as working, and if it's not it can be returned for a refund. At this same auction I also got four similar Scotsman machines, and 5 Follett 1300 lb bins. It came from an auction house with 4 others. They came from a medical center and I was told they were operating when removed But I can't say for sure. A friend who is an a c technician told it is water cooled and a copper line was cut and it needs to be repaired and recharged. Manitowoc stainless steel ice machine with water dispenser. Makes ice perfectly. Runs and cycles great! Bought this for our shop but is way too big for our small business. Couple minor scratches and dings on the right side, please see pictures. Not sure of age, the place we bought it from said it was a 2010 model. Comes with original manual. Approx 75.5" tall 22" wide and 28" deep. If you install this against a wall you will not even see the minor scratches and ding.
