This is not a spring operated reel. It operates with the use of a motor that plugs into a 120V power source. It has only been gently used, and is in great condition and ready to be installed in your shop or garage. It includes its hose and a quick-connect fitting at the outlet. When we purchased it, we had every intention of hanging it in our garage, but sadly, we never got the opportunity to install and use it.
