Round 4: I have here a Tamiya ARV detail set for German 18 ton half-track"FAMO" kit 1:35th scale The detail kit is essentially a blade that was mounted at the rear of the vehicle and dropped to provide an anchor when winching. The blade on the front of the M-88/Hercules ARV serves much the same function. I crewed an 88 back in the early 70s hence my interest in recovery vehicles which figure prominently in my collection) Since it's made by Tamiya for the Tamiya kit. Fitment should be perfect! The detail set is Kit# MM-243, Tamiya 35242-800. It is new in open box. This is the same item I am including with the FAMO kit I currently have listed. This combo has not been used very much as pictures hopefully will show, and has been sitting/collecting dust! This is a excellent opportunity to purchase this combo at a great price. Slingsby / Verrolec / Like Hilman machine mover skates 50 ton
Up for auction is a set of Slingsby machine mover skates. These skates are in pretty decent condition. No cracks or chunks missing. Slingsby is the english version of Hilman. They do however have a little surface rust but all move and swivel freely. I am not completely sure of the tonnage rating, but according to slingsby website they are rated at 12.5 tons each, and I get that conclusion by the dimensions of the skates themselves compared to what they sell now. I also know they were used to move some pretty big pieces of equipment in the past(laminaters, diecutters) Look at the pictures and bid accordingly. GMS 100 ton 10' Press Brake
This is a used Press brake is being used in the shop right now. The CNC back gauge panel lights up but is not wired correctly to work. This machine is presently being used as a manual press brake and it works just fine. It is wired 220V 3 phase, built in 2002. We just finished a job on it braking 1" x 5" bar 17" long to 140 degrees and it did the job with a jig that we had built for it. This press brake does not come with any dies because I will be using them with another press brake.
