That photo is there to show what the body looks like fully assembled. Outside of the bling addition. This Lead body is in very good shape. It only has one ding worth mentioning, on a side edge. There are- surprisingly- very few scratches, even on the body's back. The finish shows some fine lines where it has cracked horizontally here and there as old finishes sometimes do(this is why I think the black paint was applied at the factory) The wood is undoubtedly Ash, as the body is on the heavy side(6 lbs. and 6 oz. Installation Notes: A perfect fit for any Fender Lead I. II or III neck. Despite what you may have read elsewhere, a Fender Lead body will accept a standard 4-bolt modern Fender Stratocaster neck. I bought this bass as a back up bass for tour but it never got used. I play a Framus hollow body and I thought the Harmony to be the next best thing. The case it comes with is not a hard touring case. It's just the old case it came with years ago. The headstock has a crack in the back but not the front. It is very sturdy and not noticeable. Up for auction is a Conn C Melody from the Chuberry era.Note in the pictures the nail file g# key. The microtuner neck and the goldwashed bell and rolled tone holes. This is a bare metal horn and subject to tarnish if not protected.I started this project as a restoration. I took both stacks apart rinsed everything off, dipped it in tarn x and then began hand polished all the pieces with silver polish. This is an incredibly beautiful horn. I was shocked by how pretty the silver came out, I just don’t have the time to get it done. I would love for this restoration to be finished. I have played alto.Bari and soprano and was going to rework this one but cannot make the time so I am seeing if anyone is interested in finishing this out. This probably happened when I was humidifying it to get rid of a crack in the top of the body just below pickguard. I got in a hurry and put too much water in the damper. The crack has however closed up substantially(see pic. and it now has one well wrung damper so it may be entirely closed up by time of sale. It also has noted surface scratches and may have a few dings but I have only seen scratches. This vintage guitar is 4” thick. 15 ¼”wide at widest point ... moreand 39” tall. It has an adjustable bridge and the top of frets do plane with top of bridge and beyond about ¼” I am a beginning player but this guitar does not hurt your fingers I can say that. It has cool looking finish checking and is in very good condition. It has normal"edge" playwear. It does have some finish missing by the bottom strap button area and by the neck plate area. These areas are shown in the pictures. I am calling it an"earlier" 1969 because the pickup routings are Rounded. In"Later" 1969. As I understand it, Fender went to more"squared off" pickup routings. This Body has No cracks, breaks, repairs, or structural issues of any kind. There has never been any other Trem/Vibrato system on this Body other than the Stock Fender System. Harmony 1960's H-22 Vintage Electric Bass Project w/rare case $1 NR! This is a Vintage Harmony H-22 Electric bass that I'm listing as a project bass. The bass is playing. But may need some work to get it up to a great player. The action is good on the bass, but because the relief begins a little soon, more like the 8th fret, the bass buzzes a little above the 14th fret. I just have too many projects and have to leave some for others. You, Maybe? The truss rod works fine and is only tightened a little. I've had this bass over 10 years and at one time it was a great player. I think that with a little neck adjusting and fret leveling it could be made that way again. I tried to get pictures of the fretboard, but could not get one that showed the slightly off relief. The neck does not appear twisted, and that is why I think it can ... morebe brought back. I am starting the bidding at $1 with no reserve, so someone is going to get a nice collectible at a great bargain. This is not a museum piece. However it is in working order except as I've described. The electronics are working. The only obvious piece that is not original is the bridge. It is also possible that the pick guard is a repro because one of the screws is missing and does not line up perfectly with the hole. The tone of the D'Armond pickup is really amazing and you see why this bass was used in live performances. It has a very deep. Rich bass tone. There are some nicks in the body, and a minor imperfections in the paint. You will be able to see everything I believe, so take the time to look. I want you to get an instrument as good or better than you are expecting. No one wants any disappointing surprises. The other exciting thing about this auction is the original chipboard case that you never see around any more. It is in useable condition. But not like new by any means. It has a pretty fat body. Straight interior side walls, and a oval chamber. It is marked V2 on the side. It is in overall good shape. There is some light, for lack of a better word, dinging to the frontal part of the tip, most likely caused by it contacting the interior of the mouthpiece cap, which slightly affects the tip rail. Antique puppet - Asian - wooden body, painted head, embroidered costume
this little puppet measures approx. 14" high(35.5cms) and has a wooden body and painted head. The costume is quite elaborate having sequins and gold coloured thread embroidery. I do not know the exact age. But would suggest this is at least 50 years old. It is being sold on behalf of the Brook Animal Charity, and seems to be in good, vintage condition. The'strings' need untangling. The puppet weighs about 500 gms. and looks as though it comes from S.E. Asia.

Here is a 1965 Gibson ES-125 TDC electric hollow body guitar. Made in the USA. The serial# is 3588XX. This beauty is in excellent condition for it'a age. It has some nicks, scratches, weather checking, and wear. The neck heal has had a dowel repair, it was done professionaly a long time ago. A strap button was added at the heal. The neck is straight with good action. The fingerboard has a little wear on the first three frets. The frets have some wear, but the guitar still plays great. The top has flame birdseye with nice figuring and great patina. The nut width is 1 9/16" Included is what Gibson calls the semi hard shell case, which looks to be original. Sweet looking Solid body Guitar by Global. Block inlays. Rosewood fingerboard and 2 humbucking pickups for a warm sound. I bought this at the flea market and installed new electronics from Stewart Macdonald. It has some damage- scratches. And a few dings, but the overall condition is good. The neck has some buzzing on the B string around the 12th fret. There is some fret wear and the Bridge has some pitting. So if your just learning to play guitar than this will be a great low price guitar. It is heavy and has a good sound with low action. Buyer pays actual shipping cost. VINTAGE BICYCLE SCREW-IN CRANK OIL FILLER CAP - spring top lid, brass body
T his screw-in. Spring lidded oil filler cap came from a 1930/40's Raleigh bicycle and it is in very good condition. The spring on the little cap is still extremely positive and the threads are in excellent, clean condition, as is the nut tightener. The little lid is blackened steel and the thread and body of the crank cap is brass. The outer diameter of the brass thread is 1/4" This lidded oil-filler cap will make a worthy replacement for your bicycle. A custom-built. One-of-a-kind Fender Esquire Telecaster. Nothing but high-quality parts were used in building this guitar. I marked it as"used" but the majority of parts used to build this are brand new, or have never been mounted or used on another guitar. And of course, the one thing that makes this guitar so unique, that turns heads and catches one's attention is the REAL snakeskin Python-covered body. I posted as many pictures as I could, but the photos do not do the guitar justice. In person, it looks just downright sick and bad in the COOLEST way! This guitar was built, but has very sparingly been played and never gigged with. It's been more of a showpiece, but it's ready to take out and play. Let me give you all of the specs for this guitar. BODY: A NEW Fender Licensed AllParts ash Telecaster body. And as All ... moreParts go. Fender builds and provides and licenses their parts to them. The body was left bare wood. So the snakeskin would adhere better to the body. Clean routes. Drilled for"strung through the body" bridge. The snakeskin has a bit of a crude or rough look to it. But that was on purpose. It was denied a lacquer clearcoat, just because it would've made the skin look a bit fake, or look somewhat like the faux tolex that some people use to cover guitars with. It took a very big python just to cover one body. Oh, and no snake died in van for the sake of this guitar. An old python ate a bad rat or rabbit, got sick and passed away. So, he was honored by using his skin on this project. NECK: A NEW Fender Licensed AllParts'50s Reissue Telecaster neck. All maple with skunk stripe. The'50s style Esquire decal was applied after and clearcoated. Is a medium-C style tele neck. This neck is new. And had to be drilled to fit this body. Still a little factory stain on the frets, so you can see that it's never been used or played. Fitted with a new set of period-correct Kluson tuners. Neck feels great and fits your hand wonderfully. Epiphone acoustic body, for parts or repair only
This is the body from a Japanese made Epiphone from the seventies. The bolt on neck variety. Some modifications were attempted. And apparently not successful, except the tailpiece it had on it when I got it did make it kind of playable. See the photos, I tried to show everything, but there are some kind of modifications inside under the bridge area I could not show. I can't even see them, but can feel them. It shows cracking around the neck pocket area that's been more or less repaired. When the neck is on it, those repairs are covered up, but when not, clearly visible. I bought it for parts for a job that later got canceled, so I was stuck with a parts guitar. So that's what I'm selling, the parts. This does have a nice adjustable bridge setup on it, and the front tone board is in great shape. Vintage 1960's Guyatone 3 pickup solid body electric guitar. A super rare vintage Japanese made guitar with a ton of vibe for a fantastic price. Original pink finish looks incredible. It is still bright and vibrant. This vintage axe is sure to turn some heads. Has a nice chunky neck with a great feel. The playability is not as buttery and smooth as a fender or a Gibson. But much tighter than a Teisco or other similar Japanese made guitars from this era. It really plays surprisingly excellent for what it is. Original pickups sound amazing. They are very warm and have a nice clearness to them as well. All switches and electronics work great. And the switches allow you to play with any combination of pickups that you choose. Antique Silver Bell- Warmer? Up for auction is a piece that we've had in hold for 8 years or more. I've periodically searched Ebay and Googled the devil out of it. but I still haven't found out what it is. This is some sort of bell. It has a clapper inside. but the whole thing comes apart by unscrewing the handle. My thoughts are that this may have been used as a bed warmer. put boiling water inside. And tuck into the bedclothes to warm the covers on those cold winter nights. The interior clapper may have been intended to break off hardened lime deposits on the interior. Okay. so I don't know. but I'd sure welcome any additional information. This bell is in superb condition. just a few minor interior tings from the clapper. that's it. It was coal black from tarnish when we got it. But as you can see by the photos, ... moreit polished up beautifully. The bell measures 10 1/2 inches tall. Here is a chuck that will really enhance your lathe. It is a 4 jaw combination chuck made in usa by union mfg co. It has a steel body which is stamped on the chuck. It has a L-O taper which measures 4.490" od at the thread with 6 t.p.i. It measures 3.230" at od of taper. It also has a 3/8" key which indicates it is a L-O taper.It measures 8&1/4" in diameter with a 4&1/2" thick body and a 1/2" square wrench hole. It has solid reversible jaws. The advantage of a combination scroll chuck is a scroll chuck with those of an independent chuck. Each jaw may be adjusted individually with independent operating screw. After desired eccentric setting has been made, all jaws can be opened and closed simultaneously with the use of a scroll and pinion. Really good for odd shape pieces.
