Steel Hoist Rigging Master Links/Rings & Pad Eyes/Made in Germany/Industrial
The master links measure 7.5 inches long by 4.75 inches wide by 1 inch thick and weigh 4 pounds each. The pad eyes measure 8.25 inches long by 2.5 inches wide by 3.5 inches high and weigh 6 pounds each. The bolt pads are 1-3/16" thick and the bolt holes are 1.25 inches in diameter on 6 inch centers. These are metric and made in Germany. The rings and pads both have the number"8" on them. There is some paint flaking off but nothing major. These are heavy duty picking eyes that were used twice. Antique very good McClellan Saddle 11 inch seat new rigging new cinch Here is a nice. Vintage 11 inch Model McClellan saddle that seems to be in very good condition for its age. It has no inspectors markings on it, indicating it was not an actual military saddle. The rigging has been replaced and is in like new condition. The saddle ready to use and in very nice condition. All of the seams are good, no broken seams or split leather anywhere on the saddle. The stirrup leathers are missing as are the hoods for them as you see in the photos.The saddle has a metal shield on the front that specifies seat size as 11 inches. All in all. A nice saddle, fairly clean and in good condition. Some staining as you can see but nothing major and there is good color and good presence. I picked this hame up at an estate sale in Northwest Wyoming. It has a true one-of-a-kind with experienced patina and wear marks. There are a multitude of straps. Buckles, hinges, rings and loops on this hame. As with any authentically worn ranching apparatus, there were times when a piece may have broken or fallen off with wear and the most suitable piece of material was used for repair.
