Roland MDJ-7U T-Joint Fitting- Excellent Condition Compatible with V-Drums. TD-5, TD-7, TD-8, Alesis, Yamaha and others The Roland MDJ-7U T-Joint Fitting is the plastic piece that is used to join the 1.5" aluminum tubes of an electronic drum stand at a right angle. Buy one to replace a broken clamp or several to extend the size of your set. There are several slightly different versions of this T-Joint. This is the newer better plastic- more break resistant- that Roland has come out with on the MDS-3C stand. Note specifically that this one comes with three chrome lugs screws that tighten with a drum key. I can generally match your set with the exact T-Joint fitting you have. This auction is for a very nice Gretsch COB 10 lug snare drum. In great condition. Some minor oxidation on the hoops and chrome shows superficial scratching here and there. This drum is a STUNNER! Pop for days. No extra holes or funny stuff. Aquarian Satin Finish on top and a Remo on the bottom. Both heads near new. Lots of life left in'em. Serial is 564xx w/ an old style paper tag. I bought this snare in the mid 1990s and am the original owner. It has minor cosmetic flaws. I took close up pictures so you can see the kind of grime I'm referring to. The snare has 2 Pearl Superhoop Rings with 10 lugs each. Over the years the drum has been played rarely. In fact the original wire snare and bottom resonant head are still on the drum. The top head is a Remo from the Porkpie drum company. It was manufactured in Taiwan. As you can see in the picture. Please feel free to ask any questions.

RARE VINTAGE PEARL AWARD DRUMS 1980's A few years back I answered an ad in a local Nashville paper a local church was selling some drums that belonged to a former member of there church who had passed away. When I got to the church there was an assortment of drums and cymbals in a nutshell I ended up taking everything including these 2 very unusual presentation award Tom’s. This fella whose name I cannot mention was a famous studio drummer and also Drum Instructor in the Nashville area. Pearl made these award drums special for him he was nominated Drum instructor of the year twice in the 80’s. These ever so shiny specialty toms have 12 lugs. Super hoops and were made in The USA. They also were Pearl's top line drums from this era. Not 100% sure but they appear to be a top of the line series they are Maple Shells. Anyway there are ... morea ton of things that could be done with these guys including hanging them from the ceiling and shining a couple of Pin Spots at them. They would be great to build a custom Snare they are 14"x 12" deep you could actually build 2 snares out of one drum or just make one Big Fat Thumper. They would also be a great single tom mount or maybe buy the pair for a percussionist. I've done some searches and came up with Zilch. This is a beautiful and well preserved example of a rare Ludwig classic. ALL ORIGINAL EVERYTHING. Wrap. P83, red felt muffler w/bb bat, snares, hoops and butt. Clean original keystone badge ser. 83211. No extra holes in shell and interior hoops are round. I got it when I was young and am now retiring and hasn't been used for many years. There is very minor pinpoint pitting on some hardware. This drum is in very very good condition overall and in excellent condition for 48 years old. Great fat tone and loud. Yamaha 10 Lug 14" X 6.5" Custom Recording Steel Snare Drum SD-965MA -BEAUTIFUL
This is one FINE Japanese vintage Yamaha Custom Recording SD-965MA chromed steel snare drum. Series 9000. 14" X 6.5. 10 lugs. The seamless. Triple-flanged shell is very heavy. No muffler. The drum is loud. And extremely responsive, with warm tones and a great, fat sound. The batter head is a Ludwig Ensemble, used but with plenty of life left. The bottom head has a few small dents, but no rips or punctures. The strainer works smoothly and perfectly. Snares may be adjusted from either side. I believe it was made in the 1980s but can't say for sure. The Serial Number is either 1L. Or IL. The shell has some scattered areas of light rust and corrosion. The worst areas are shown in photos 1, 5 and 6. A superb drum.

This auction is for a Pearl 3x13 Brass Shell Piccolo Snare Drum. It is in good condition; it has no pitting but does have minor scratches& lots of small spots(see pics) Overall this snare drum is clean and functions properly. The only issue is that if you're a heavy hitter. The throw-off lever comes loose from repeatedly hitting hard rim shots. This can be avoided by either not hitting so hard(lol) or by putting something in the throw-off to keep it from moving. It features an all brass shell. 8 doubled-ended lugs. 1.6mm steel triple flange hoops. Pearl snare wire. And a very smooth throw-off/ butt plate combination. It sounds great tuned low. Medium or high but I personally like it medium-high or higher. It's meant to be tuned high but still sounds good at lower tunings. The serial number on the badge is 873844. '70s Vintage Ludwig snare - 14" 10 lug Supraphonic
You're bidding on a 1979 powder coated Ludwig Supraphonic snare with original components. The shell itself is flawless from the finish to the bearing edges. Throw off works perfectly and all the tension rods tighten with no problems. Muffler is in great condition and I have recently put on new set of Remo heads. There is a little bit of pitting on some of the lugs/hoops and the butt plate is a bit scratched. I've included pictures of the worst of the damage. Up for auction is this vintage Ludwig power tom. This drum is 13" tall and the head size is 14" It is a 6 ply maple shell. No re-rings. The drum is in good shape but there are some nicks in the wrap and a small bit of gig rash on the lugs. The Ludwig badge has some scratches also. Chrome is good. With some minor pitting. I believe it will clean up nice. The interior is nice and the bearing edges are in good shape. Looking at this drum from a project perspective. I have never seen another of these in all my drum collecting years. Beautiful maple finish that looks like blonde hair going around the shell. All original. Snare throwoff works perfect, shell is a thin 3 ply with no re-enforcing rings. No extra holes. Includes the original snare wires in good shape, bearing edges are perfect from the factory. Slingerland 5x14 Maple Snare Drum, 10-lug, 1970's or 1980's, Excellent Condition
This is a 5x14 maple shell Slingerland snare drum from the late 1970's or early 1980's. This is a 10-lug drum with no reinforcing rings. White pearl wrap is factory original. The original strainer has been replaced with an aftermarket device(the butt is original) And the top'stick saver' hoop has also been replaced too, though the bottom hoop is original. I had the edges recut by Jim Petty of JP2 Creations two years ago- they are crisp and true. This drum tunes up well and plays like a dream- it as been a workhorse in my recording studio, and will be a great instrument for any serious player. From what information I found I believe this is from 1976 and is a 14 x 5" size. The Ludwig tag is blue and olive and the serial number is 999613. There are no dents or bends. But it will need cleaned. The chrome looks pretty good, but there may be some minor pitting after it is cleaned. I did not see any chrome loss. The lever for the snare wires seems to work fine. Up for grabs is a 1966 Ludwig Acrolite snare drum. This drum is in great shape for it`s age. There is one small ding in the shell and a few small surface scratches. Nothing major. The P 83 strainer is smooth, baseball bat muffler is all there and works correctly, the snare wires look to be original to the drum. The chrome is nice on the hoops, however the chrome on the lugs do have some pitting. Look at the pics and ask questions if you have any. I can add more pics if you need to see more.
