This hoist is in excellent operational and cosmetic condition- all functions tested; up. Down, neutral, free chain via pull out knob and all function flawlessly, also most of the worn/chipped paint is from being stored in a pile of hoists rather than from actually being used and put to work. I did test it in the up position and it worked properly. I could not figure out how to make it go down. I do not know if this is because I do not know how it works or if there is something wrong with it. If anyone messages me with the procedure for this I will test it again.
