We are selling one Material Transport Company(MTC) overhead traveling gantry battery changing system. The gantry beam is 15'6" overall width. With 9'8" clear under the hoist. The overhead hoist is a 2 ton Coffing motorized unit that is in very good condition. This hoist is not only powered for up and down. But also across the beam travel. The gantry supports are powered by hydraulic motors on each A-frame end. We tested this system completely before it was removed and everything worked great. There is a retractable power cord that mounts on the wall near the system to allow for movement of the gantry across the floor. While this system is a bit older. It is still in very good condition. Since the hoist is a 1/2 ton the stickers on it say 1/2 ton but it is way too solid and big for that. I would estimate at least 1-2 tons maybe more but I'm not a structural engineer. If I can get an answer from the old certification company i will post here. The hoist is a 2002 Loadmate LM 05 460V 3 phase according to the tag. Power up-down and beam travel. Gantry Style Laser Engraver-Camtech
This is a great North American laser unit. It is steel and aluminum constructed and very durable. This is not a cheap Chinese unit. You can still get parts and service for this machine. It is a CO2 laser without refracting mirrors(straight beam) making alignment easy and something that never had to be adjusted. The laser machine comes with all the software necessary for operation including WinCNC for both photo and vector images as well as PhotGrav laser image processing software. All you need is a pc with Windows XP. You can engrave glass. Black granite, wood, brick, acrylic and metals. I recently had the laser refilled with CO2 and added new focus lends.
