Heavy duty chipper with a ford engine. I don't know much about this machine other then it has a ford engine in it and it has no battery. My uncle had it running last year but it has sat and has not been started for a while. I have the manual for it and it lists it as a wood chuck by Vermeer. The engine serial number is 36260f18hr the trailer model number is 2931. This needs some obvious tlc but it worked like a beast when it ran. I am located in westover md. For sale is a 1994 Vermeer 1250BC wood chipper in great running condition. Serial# 1VRC14131R1004902. Powered by a Perkins 2.2L diesel engine that runs great. The machine only has 554 hours. Hydraulic roller feed and hydraulic swing-out feature. The auto feed feature currently doesn't work but only needs a 10amp fuse and fuse cap to work and I am sourcing that currently. All other features work. Clutch engages good and engine maintains RPMs great during chipping. The tires have 75% tread remaining and the machine tows well.
