The base is in good condition obviously needs cleaning and the oil pump plunger works as designed. It is quite heavy. WISCONSIN ENGINE S7/S8 flywheel and ignition coil
Here is the Flywheel(NC109) and the ignition assembly(coil +core+wires) from a Wisconsin S8 engine. It probably fits the S7 as well. But it is up to you to verify proper application. It does have the WiCo coil. The engine was seized. So I could not verify electrical itegrity of the coil, but everything looks clean. The spark plug cap may need replacement. I have more Wisconsin parts for sale this week. Depending on location it may be cheaper to ship in a medium flat rate box. The total length of the dipstick rod is 6 1/4 in, the check mark is 1/2 in from the end. Here is an oil pump/oil pan assembly off a Wisconsin engine. Believe to be a AKN model. But please check your application. It is the aluminum pan with part number BB 116(b) I just rinsed the sludge out and cleaned a bit to check for possible cracks and the function of the oil pump plunger. Here is the front panel of a Wisconsin V4 engine"dog house" They are usually installed on a setup with a generator. Pump or welder. Various holes and cut outs provide areas for mounting the gauges. Throttle and choke levers and electrical switches. It seems to be NOS(new old stock) it still has the primer color, but some scratches and a little surface rust. Rough measurements are 24x14x2. It does not weigh a lot(approx. 5lbs) But it is a little awkward to ship. one corner is not properly round, but would not interfere with mounting and can easily be corrected. Wisconsin Engine TE, TF, TH, THD, TJD Blower Housing Shroud Electric Crank Start
Up for auction is a blower housing/shroud for a Wisconsin TE. TF, TH, THD, TJD engine. This shroud specifically came off a 1968 Wisconsin THD. This shroud is compatible with all inline twin cylinder Wisconsin engines which have the standard gear train cover. This shroud is for CRANK START AND ELECTRIC START(NON FLYWHEEL ALTERNATOR) engines. This shroud is not compatible with flywheel alternator engines. This specific shroud had a Prestolite starter motor on it and had a belt driven Motorola alternator which ran off the magneto. This shroud has been cleaned of all grease and dirt and is ready for use! This shroud is rust free, and for the most part dent free. I heated the lower section of the shroud with an acetylene torch and banged out all of the dents which formed over its many years of use. Wisconsin Engine Flywheel TE, TF, NC 145 G, electric start type
Here is a flywheel from a Wisconsin Engine. Believe it belongs to a TE or TF type. Part number on the flywheel is NC 145G. Which superseeded the 145B type. This flywheel works at engines with electric starter setup. There is some overall surface rust. But should be fine after a good sand blasting. Please verify if it works with your application. The flywheel has a diameter of approx. 10 1/4" The shaft dia. is around 1" The height is around 3 1/2" It is quite heavy. Please consider this before bidding. Canoga Cement Mixer model 300. Two bag capacity. You c an mix two 94 pound bags of cement. 8 five gallon pails of sand and 12 five gallon pails of rock plus water per load of concrete. Drum diameter 34 Inches. Drum opening 19 Inches. Mixer was torn down. Most of it sandblasted. New wheel. Drive and drum bearing and races. New dual belt drive. Wisconsin AKN gas engine. Engine was torn down, cleaned and inspected for wear. New gaskets, exhaust, rebuilt carb. Starts and runs good. New coat of primer and two coats of rustoleum paint. 5 KW 1969 MILITARY GENERATOR SET. 2 CY WISCONSIN ENGINE W/ ONAN, 1PH, 240 + 3PH. Built in December 1969. Wisconsin engine is 2 cylinder, air cooled, 4 cycle, overhead valve and 42 cubic inches. The generator is an Onan that produces 120V 1ph, 240V 1ph, 120V 3 ph and 120/208V 3 ph. It has electric start with 2 batteries and starts right up. I used the 120V 1ph and it worked fine, I did not try 240V or 3ph. The last photo shows the exhaust on one cylinder that has oil on it. The other cylinder is the same way but not as much. I was told it was just head gaskets. I did not try to tighten the heads. The oil makes this smoke a little bit but I was told it was not a hard fix to replace the gaskets. This is only what I was told, the buyer should decide if this information about the engine is correct. It has 978 hours and weighs 480 pounds without ... morea crate. Writing noted on first and last page of book. Wisconsin AGND engine cylinder assembly
Has been lightly honed. Valve seats are good. There is a small ridge in the bore. No broken fins with the exception of some fins near exhaust port being badly rusted. Has a light coating of oil in cylinder to prevent rusting. Includes breather cover but seems to be missing inner plate. It is functional but I would recommend reboring. I have determined Wisconsin made this particular model from 1957-present. I'm sure there's some way to determine the age of the engine but I don't have time to investigate further. We pulled the plug and tested the compression which turned out to be 65 pounds. The engine turns over. But my knowledge of these engines is limited so if there is a question you have please feel free to contact us. This engine was pulled from a cart it was attached to and the generator(which was no good) was pulled off the engine and what you will receive is what is left.
