It is about 10 1/2" long and 7 1/2" tall. It is in very good condition small amount of paint peeled from play but only other thing I find wrong is the missing smoke stack. Just a GREAT estate find! Ford 3930 farm tractor with cab
I have owned this ex dot tractor for almost ten years now. It has been a great tractor but I am getting out of the farming business due to back injury. I did a rebuild on it less than 200 hrs ago but I had a worker bush hog for me recently and he failed to check the water level and ran it hot so it has a lot of blowby now and will need some engine work to be tight again. Some of the gauges are not working. It also needs a clutch cable as the old one recently broke and I have not replaced it yet. However the clutch itself works fine. The ac does not work. I have the doors and windows for it as well that I took off. There is still a decent amt of tread on the tires, It needs some work to be 100% but if you put the time into it you can have a great tractor for many more years to come. And could use a good spit shine. Rear tires are pretty worn. they are solid with no breaks or cuts but one tire is around 20% one is 10% or less. A/C isn't working, im sure it needs a charge, previous owner had a new compressor installed in the last few years. A few of the lights dont work, and probably a few other small things. I tried to price this right- look on tractor house and they're all over $10k. Money left here to fix what you need or keep this tractor darn cheap. The former owner had got it stuck in the winter, and didn't immediately remove it. tractor froze in, and in trying to get it out, broke countershaft in front axle, and slipped the clutch extensively. I replaced countershaft, four wheel drive works fine, and have used it for about 60 hours. 1988 Massey Ferguson 30E Diesel Tractor with Loader& Cab Background: We obtained this tractor from a large Pharmaceutical company- they used it for loading mulch for their ground crews to spread around their campus. It was not used much. We obtained it about 5 years ago. Removed snow one winter and spread stone in our back yard. Nice to have a tractor, but not if it just sits! What we know is wrong: Needs a new alternator Needs rear tires or recapping Back window is gone. But all mounting hardware still there Need numerous rusty areas fixed- needs TLC Tractor runs fine and has plenty of power. PTO and all Hydraulics work great. Email with Questions
