Komatsu PC150-5 Excavator
This excavator has a 6 cylinder Komatsu engine that runs strong and starts everytime. It has a preheater for the extra cold mornings. It has new Interstate batteries. All new bottom rollers on the undercarriage and fairly new front idlers. I have replaced the pins and bushings in the boom and stick recently and everything is tight. I have just replaced the engine oil and fuel filter on it. It has a manual thumb and a removable flat edge for the bucket. The bucket width is 42 inches and the capacity is about 1.25 yds. The cutting width is 47 inches to the outside of the side cutters. The bucket is a komatsu bucket and is in excellent condition. The sheet metal is in very good condition with minimal rust and the exception of the dent on the back right hood as can be seen in the picture. There are absolutely no oil leaks anywhere. I have always ... moretaken very good care of it and would usually replace things before they broke and not after. I have owned it for about 9 years with the original owner being about 2 miles from me. I have the original owners manual. Parts book, and service manual for this machine. It is the perfect size being small enough to pull behind a dumptruck yet big enough to be able to move some dirt. Now for the bad stuff. The rails are showing some where however they do stay tight. The indicator lights on the moniter in the cab go out after the machine has been running for a while. The selector buttons all work fine but you just can't see on the monitor which one is selected. I have a very nice power house mini excavator. This little excavator is very powerful and will dig 78 inches deep with no problem. It has a hydraulic powered backfill blade. These little excavator are excellent for drains. Waterlines, basement waterproofing, landscapers and in tight places where a large excavator can not fit. This is very easy to transport to. Everything seems to check out well and I don't know of any issues/ leaks with it. It is powered by a 13hp Honda electric start engine. 500 hrs on the machine. The hydraulic system works well. The machine is very strong. The machine has a factory JRB hyd. bucket quick coupling system that works great. I have a set of brand new sprockets that go with the machine and also a full set of manuals, parts and repair. The undercarraige looks to be in pretty good shape. We have been using it around the yard for the past several months loading and unloading equipment. It works great. I see no cracks, breaks, or welds on the boom and dipper. It looks to have the original paint on the machine. The original seat can use redone. All compartments looks clean with no visable leaking. There is no heavy rusting or rotting on the machine. 2003 komatsu pc35mr mini excavator

This machine came to my by way of a partial trade and I have no use for it. The arm rest release lever does not work. It has 18inch 4 tooth bucket with 1 tooth missing. The left boot cover for the joystick is missing. The machine has been re-painted in the last year. I have started machine up and trammed and dug with it. The Hydros seem to be in strong working condition and machine has no blowby. There is minor cosmetic damage to machine. The tracks are around 80% left on treads. 2007 Komatsu PC50 MR-2 Excavator Rubber Track Pads, 2539 hours, 24" Bucket
This is a very good running/ operating Mid- size excavator with 39.4 net horsepower and operating weight of 11.110 lbs. Tracks are steel track chain with rubber bolt-on pads. Track chain is in about 75% condition and pads are mostly 60-70% Some pads(about 8-10)are torn at edges of rubber. But still in usable condition. There are a few sheet metal dings on cosmetic areas as seen in pictures, that do not affect the operation. Engine runs smooth and there are no leaks that I can find. The main hydraulic boom has slight seepage but not a steady leak. The turntable is tight and machine runs and operates as it should. Blade has wear on edge as expected at 2500 hours.
