This is a cylinder head from a late 4020 gas tractor. This tractor was changed over to diesel. Do not see any cracks or repairs. It will probably need to be resurfaced due to laying on a bench for several years as it has some rust and pitting. Previous owner said it was reworked not long before it was switched over. But I have no prof of this. Valves all look good and some look new. This is for local pickup only.

Here is a complete model 4020 John Deere toy tractor. With the narrow front tires, and made in the USA. This model is marked Stock# 541 and part number 541-6541. The original box is 9.5 long x 6 wide x 5.3 tall. It was found in the box with the original cellophane wrapper torn. I believe the model was never pulled out of the package. And the muffler was never removed and installed. I tried to see if the model would clear the wrapper. And the original wrapper would need to be torn further, to remove it. In the process of cleaning the wrapper. I further tore the outer cellophane, and figured I may as well be the first to pull it out. This allowed better pictures. And I lightly cleaned it. The muffler is present in the box. And its nice as new. It doesn't have the 4020 diesel decals on the side. But is marked MADE IN THE USA, on the sides. ... moreThere is no 3 point hitch on the rear. Just a simple tongue hitch with a hole. This diecast tractor was probably made for the 2 row Corn Head? The wheels are plastic. And body halves are held together with rivets. I am no expert on this item. But it appears to be a 1960s model, 1:16 Scale. The old 4 legged Deere logo. Started in 1956 and ran thru 1968. The famous model 4020 was introduced in 1964. So how old is this model? The model itself is appx. 8.7 long x 5.8 wide x 5 tall. As the pictures show. The model is mint, with only some stains on the cardboard, dust on the inside, and the torn wrapper. I also have a mint matching toy wagon in another sale. The wagon is not included in this listing. Up for auction I have a john deere 730 That was made in Mexico serial number 7307070. The tag is stamped that it was made in Mexico as shown in the picture. Less then 90 of these we're produced In Monterey Mexico making them very sought after. I bought this tractor off of a friend of mine with intentions of restoring it. I have since decided to get rid of it and free up some room. The tractor turns over and seams to have good compression. It ran about 10 years ago. But hasn't ran since. I bought this out of a collection and the previous owner claimed it had been restored as an ag tractor but was an industrial. The underneath of the hold and several other areas are bleeding yellow paint through. Even under where the emblem Used to be is original industrial yellow. The previous owner included and original industrial front axle with the tractor that he said came off the tractor. I will be listing the front axle in a separate auction. He had a foot throttle assembly for it aswell but I am going to keep that for my other tractors. It has the heavy duty square industrial axle housing still on the tractor as shown in the pictures. Up for auction I have a 1957 john deere 820 rice special serial number 8203595. This tractor is the hard to find rice version with the big rubber(23.1 26) and mud shields that cover the axles and brakes as pictured. The tractor starts up and runs absolutely perfect. The guy I had bought it off of said that it was running a thresher and broke the crankshaft on the clutch pulley. So the owner at that time took it to deere and had a brand new crankshaft installed and the motor was rebuilt at that time as well. This was done In the 80s and it has about a 1000 hrs of run time on it since the rebuild. It runs absolutely perfect and doesn't miss a beat. I just put new coils and a carb kit in the pony. It runs good and doesn't smoke. Starting the big motor with ease. The transmission shifts through all of the gears like it should and the ... moreclutch operates good and smooth. The power steering works good as well. The tractor has a set of hydraulic remotes and a pto. The tractor is full of coolant and cools as it should. The tin work is all good and straight. The hood and nose cone are in almost perfect shape. The tractor has been repainted once. The rear fenders are in golf solid shape. They have a couple dents and dings but they could be straightened and fixed with ease. The rear tires are about 80% tread. They have a little bit of weathering but are still super nice tires! They would last for many years to come. The front tires hold air and are marginal. All of the rims are in good shape and aren't bent or rusted out. Up for auction I have a 1958 John Deere crawler 440C. Serial number 441351. It starts up by the push off a button. It runs very smooth. The transmission goes into all gears and the clutch works just like it should! The steering works in both directions. Both levers also may need some adjusting. The loader hydraulics operate fast and smooth. I recently lifted up a 3.000 lbs tractor rear-end with it and it handled it fine. Has 4 weights on rear end of it. Undercarriage is in good shape. About 60% of it remains and the radiator is full of anti-freeze. The bottom of the front cast iron nose is broken off at that bottom. Up for auction I have a 1959 John deere 430 Lp 143058. This is a rare Dubuque. 1 of only 88 produced making this a very hard tractor to find. The tractor starts up and runs perfect. I just rebuilt the motor in it and it has just shy of an hour of run time on it since. It idles down to almost a dead stop. The radiator is full of good clean coolant. The transmission shifts into all of the gears as it should. The transmission has the unusual noise that these Dubuque have in the higher range gears. The clutch operates good and smooth. The steering is good and tight and doesn't have slop in it like they usually do. The pto operates like it should. It has a full three point hitch including the top link. The tractor is compete except for it is missing the generator. The tin work is all in fairly good condition. It has a couple small dents and ... moredings but it would straighten out with ease. The rear fenders aren't rusted out and only have a couple small dents. The rims are all in good shape and the rear tires have good tread and hold air. They are mix matched tread tho. The frontend has no breaks or welds that I could see. All in all this is a very unique and excellent tractor. It would go great in a collection or you could use it around the farm too.
