John Deere 440 Crawler Loader Backhoe Dozer Bulldozer NO RESERVE PRICE!
Elk Forest Farms. Inc. has a used John Deere 440 crawler loader backhoe up for auction. I am unsure of the exact year of the machine. The machine is powered by a 2-cylinder GM 2-cycle diesel engine. The engine starts with starting fluid and runs strong. The transmission has 4 speeds forward and one speed reverve. All gears seem to work well as does the engine clutch. The machine steers both ways. The backhoe has some patching and welding done to it as the pictures show. We sandblasted it and repainted it with factory JD enamels. We put a brand new seat on it. The machine is an older machine however it is slow and steady. The backhoe attachment can be removed from the machine quite easily and reinstalled when needed. 1950'S TOY LOADER w/BOX & INSTRUCTIONS JOHN DEERE ESKA DUBUQUE IOWA WORKS WELL
I believe this toy was a give away to the kids back in the 1950's when Dad bought the real thing. Comes with nearly impossible to find original box which is nice but missing one inside end flap and one tuck in tab from one outside flap-see next to last picture. The box is not perfect but it is all there. Auction also includes nearly impossible to find instruction sheet for attachment of shovel to tractor(not included) I believe this toy was made by"Eska" for John Deere. The original green paint and decals generally look great but the green chain to lift the shovel is detached. The chain looks complete and appears to attach at crimped hole-see last picture. I suppose the chain could be reattached but it would be necessary to expand the hole and then re crimp which I leave to auction winner. Here is a Kelly loader and will come with the brackets that are with it. It is a good little loader that does not look like it has ever been broke and re welded. I don't know what this loader is off of but I am sure it will fit an most smaller tractors like a H international or a c ca allis chalmers or something of similar size. The loader cylinders will need a little touch up work as you can see in the pics they are a little rusty. The loader is a trip bucket loader I don't have any hoses or a valve for this loader. Loading is free and I can load this on anything you bring over. JOHN DEERE 45 SERIES 1 HYDRAULIC LOADER TRIP BUCKET NICE 2 CYLINDER WE SHIP
Here is a John Deere model 45 series 1 loader and will come with the brackets that are with it. It does not look bent up it has had some welding done by the bucket pins. The rod for the trip is broken. The cylinders look good with a little bit of normal leakage. Loading is free and I can load this on anything you bring over.
