The man I had bought it from bought it to use for a contractor job he had in a basement that was to low for a full size backhoe. So it was used for a job then sat for years. I no longer remember what tractor it fit or which tractor I had.And the tag for the model of what unit this is has been lost. But the tractor was a bit bigger in size than say a old ford 8n. The hoses are there to plug into your tractors hydraulic system The upper cylinder is bent? I have never used this so it is being sold as is for parts or repair. Back when I bought it I paid $2500. Bradco 611 Backhoe Attachment with 3 Buckets for Skid Steer BobCat CAT ASV
This is a Bradco 611 backhoe attachment for skid steer loaders. This is one of the largest Bradco models and is an excellent heavy duty machine. I used this machine myself to dig several holes for soil testing on my property. And it performed VERY well. No noticeable slop in the pins and the digging action was VERY strong. I no longer need this piece of equipment and it needs to go to a new owner. This backhoe when new is over a $13.000 value(as seen in link below) and while this one isn't new it's in great shape for its age. No major rust. No significant frame or other damage. BONUS: Comes with 3 buckets. At a glance they appear to be a 12 inch. A 18 inch, and a 24 inch wide bucket. I didn't measure but that should be close. There are two problems that I know of. One is that the top(stick) cylinder rod is rust pitted(see photos) ... moreAnd the other problem is a busted hydraulic hose. The cylinder rod would clean up good enough to use with emory cloth. Or the cylinder rod could be replaced as I believe Bradco still manufactures this model to this day. In fact I replaced the bucket cylinder rod with a brand new one from Bradco for a very reasonable price, because it had deep rock scratches in it when I first purchased it. As you can see the other cylinders are in pretty good shape. The busted hose can be repaired or replaced by a hydraulics shop. This unit has been stored in a shed for the last couple of years since I've used it, and when I hooked up to it over the summer it spewed out of one of the hoses, so I assume deterioration just got to it. Overall the hoses on this unit do not look bad at all. It has been stored under a shed since I've owned it. I assume it was just time for this hose to go, or maybe it was damaged at some point. Recently had Hydraulics Serviced at my Local John Deere Dealer and Pressure was Tested and it Met Factory Spec(have Receipt) I have replace a number of Hydraulic hoses. Still has minor hydraulic fluid leaks, nothing uncommon for its age. I always check the fluid level but never have to add. Front Axle has a small leak on a seal. I've added four new work lights. And a very handy tool box. Tractor has faded paint and some minor surface rust and small dents. None of which affect its usability just cosmetic. I purchased this tractor from its original owner last year with 520 Hours on it. It was mainly used to mow grass and maintain the grounds for a senior living center. Not to long after purchasing it new they purchase some zero turn mowers so then it was just used occasionally. The tractor had been used a couple times a year for a while but had documented maintenance. Before I purchased the tractor it last had its fluids changed@ 512 hours in 2011. Upon purchase immediately changed the oil and hydro fluids/filters and a number of hydro lines along the way. I also put two new 10 ply front tires on it as they were dry rotted. The back tires are in nice shape, no dry rot and excellent tread, the inners have some cosmetic wear due to some rub from the 3 point arms. Tractor has been great. I just took this off my BX24 trading for a new one with hydraulics. This does a great job as it is. Picks up rocks and logs and almost anything you can imagine. Some things so heavy I had to weight the bucket with stones to keep tractor on ground. It's used and close to indestructible but I did bend the old tooth part and ordered a new one-black part is new. The replacement part was over my starting price for the whole deal. I bent it by standing up the tractor on its front wheels while removing boulders. Not only was I supporting the tractor on the thumb but giving it full pressure at the same time pushing on a boulder. It took a lot to bend the old part but now its as good as new. I believe it may have came off of a ditch witch just from the color and the tightness of the pins and buckets. It looks to have minimal wear or abuse. The outriggers measure about 52" each. The boom is 82" tall. The bucket is 19" wide. It has the two way wobble sticks. The attachment mounts onto four bolts/pins. The measurements of the bolt holes are 23.5in apart from left to right and 11.5in apart from bottom to the top. Skidsteer Bradco 509 backhoe attachment
This is a Bradco 509 skidsteer attachment. It is in very good condition. As you can see from the photos the bucket teeth are still like new. Hasn't been used all that much still a really tight piece of equipment. Has just been setting for awhile, it was replaced by a mini excavator. It is quite big, not a small backhoe attachment at all. But should also fit a 240, 317, 320, 322. They should also fit John Deere 260, 270, 325, 328, 332 but may need to modify attachment plate that fits to skid steer.
