Antique 1920's/30's Thumb support/brace Leather Vintage
This leather brace or support protects an injured thumb and can be used for either the right or left hand. The thumb sleeve is laced snug and there is a buckle and leather strap to secure the apparatus to the wrist. There is no manufacturers mark or label. So I cannot accurately date it, however, it was my father's and he was active in sports during the 1920's and 1930's, so I am guessing that is when he used it. It is in good condition. The lace used to secure the thumb sleeve may have been a shoe string at one time and was shortened for this purpose.

You are biddng on a used(excellent shape) Rare Warwick Jack Bruce Edition Fretted NT Thumb Bass. Warwick only made 40 of these. 20 in Fretted and 20 in Fretless. It is just about perfect. Other than the previous owner must have had a thumb rest installed as there are 2 small marks where the had the screw holes filled in. The marks are under the E string down from the neck. They show in one of the pictures as a lighter area. If you polish the bass with Lemon Oil they are hardly noticeable and not at all when playing. The base is awesome to play. Neck is straight and has a great feel. Every thinks works perfectly. The LED's on the neck work and looks real cool and are quite functional on a dark stage. Approximately 10" long Made in Taiwan He does have a rubbed spot on the end of his black nose that needs touched up. There is a slight discoloration around the top of his forehead that seems to be a regular notation on all of these Monchhichi's. Don't know if it is due to age or what. Not that bad. Scare Meisselbach#10 Amateur fly reel. Small 50-60 yard, 2-1/4 x 3/4" spool, Mfg. 1886-1919, spool stamped on front PAT'D Feb.23'86 and thumb drag is stamped PAT'D Nov.23'86, small cylinder knob. The knob type and stamping indicate this c. 1886-1890. Reel is nickel plated finish in excellent- condition. Little wear on thumb drag. Hard to get in this condition. Must have reel for serious Meisselbach collectors.

Rubber Faced plush bunny or rabbit, like Easter Pet, no tag, NICE, sucks thumb
This cute little rubber faced rabbit looks very much like some that are called Easter Pets. His mouth forms an"O" shape which can hold either his thumb from one hand or a carrot from the other hand. His"fur" is a pale aqua blue. The bottoms of his feet and inside of his ears are white. He is in good vintage condition. There is some paint loss on his nose and his plush shows a little wear, but no stains, tears, bad smells or holes. He measures about 10 inches from his feet to the tip of his ears.
