Mandrel set up to sharpen sickle mower knife blade sections. Drive shaft turns freely. Since I have not had it hooked to a motor. I am selling it as-is. It has oil caps for each bearing. Cast iron base with 4 mounting holes. And built in pillow blocks. 2 1/2" x 1/2" V belt center drive cast iron pulley wheel. Also a 1 1/2" x 3/8" outer drive aluminum pulley wheel. Grinding wheel is included and is beveled both ways. Size about 12x6x5 inches. Weighs about 10 pounds. I do not see any breaks. Damages, nor repairs. Drive shaft has just a little play. Wear and aging as would be expected for this old of item. See photos for cosmetic details. It is in as found condition. Has been cleaned lightly, and will look even better with a proper cleaning.
