Lake, ornate Mansion, Horse Team with Plow, a Lady with basket on her head, a Man with Shepard's Crook and a pair of Children. Outer border is composed of 6 unevenly spaced oval bentwood tree branches, framing" similar scene of Man with crook, home and Horse or Mule with Cattle or Oxen Cow& Bull, separated by 6 foliage images. Inner border of double horizontal line over a wreath of Wheat Fronds. Signed as pictured on reverse ... morewith initials E. This is a set of 4 original John Deere Plow Works sales order forms from 1914. These are from the Company in Omaha. Nebraska. They measure 8 and 1/2" by 5 and 1/2" and are stapled together in one corner. The customer's name was"M.L. Allen" in Omaha. The first order is for a Comb Stacker and He paid $80. The second is for a 7 foot John Deere Binder with options that he paid $120. Third is for a No.4 Hover Grinder that was $21 and the last page is a record of money recieved from Mr. Allen. Nice old pressed steel Tru Scale 2 row plow farm toy. This is in nice condition and although it has been played with it has only some wear. It is probably from the mid to late 1960's and fresh out of a southern Illinois estate. I will gladly combine items to save postage fees. NO RESERVE ON THIS ITEM. Fine Old Copper Chinese Man & Cattle Plow Farming Figure Statue on Wheels UNIQUE
Up for sale is this very unique and old Chinese copper handmade figure/ statue of a man plowing with the help of a cattle. The unique scene is on top of a platform that had two sets of wheels attached. It's almost like an old farm toy and definitely makes for a unique display piece or addition to a collection. The piece does show some signs of wear consistent with age. Wheels and parts of the statue show oxidation and the rectangular platform is bent down on one corner. A thin metal string is also still attached to the cattle steering mechanism. Cool piece that should not be missed! RARE STANLEY MODEL #54,PLOW/RABBET , UNUSED, W/ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS/BLADE BOX
This is an incredible example of one of the more rare Stanley planes-the Model 54. Plow& Rabbet Plane. The 54 is identical to the No. 50 except it has no depth stop and the holes for both the depth stop and screw are filled in. All#54's have the number cast in the sliding section, so there is no doubt about a forgery being made from the more common#50. These planes were not widely sold in the United States(the#50 being overwhelming more popular) Those that I have run across over the years have made a return trip from Australia. This example is just flat like new! The japanning is 100% The complete set of blades, in original box, show no signs of ever having touched wood. Both sets of long and short rods are present. And, it even has its original Stanley#54 instructions(never seen these before! There is an additional knurled screw ... morethat was with the set when found. Don't believe that it is part of the#54 but will include it anyway. Even if you are one of the lucky collectors to have a Model#54. This one will undoubtedly be an upgrade. You wouldn't find one in better condition!
