RAINBOW PIG PLANTER This little piggy is putting on quite a show. She shades from mauve. Blue, green, pink, yellow to cream. She measures 5.5" from snout to tail, 3" tall and 3.5" wide. She's in great vintage condition with minor crazing near the base, no chips or cracks. There is a small, perfect hole(see pic#6) that appears to be fired into the actual piece and is NOT a chip. There is some staining on the inside(pic#7) edge, probably from plants in the past. The bottom does have some scuffs. This little piggy will make a great addition to someone's collection! Very sweet! Blue Mountain Pottery Lg. Hexagonal Planter Dish Bowl Cobalt Blue Glaze
Here we have a large hexagonal shaped planter or bowl made by Blue Mountain Pottery. In the lovely cobalt blue glaze. A stunning piece, it is of a lighter blue on a black base. It measures 5 1/2" tall and is approx. 7 1/2" from side to side(8 1/2" at the widest point) This piece is in gently pre-owned condition; there is a a light hairline present in a spot on one side of the planter. Photo 5. It is difficult to notice and it could still easily be displayed without it showing on an opposite side. The hairline does travel to the inside of the planter, it looks like a faint scratch on the black gloss. The flaw does not detract at all from the beauty of this piece! There is the tiniest pinprick of a nick in the glaze on the inside of the top rim on one of the points. And there are a few lighter scratches present here and there, ... moreboth are minor and are barely noticeable. There is a small spot of missed glazing on the red clay bottom, photo 7. It is marked with the BMP"jug and waves" symbol on the bottom. This mark was used on the earlier pieces. This large hexagonal planter in the cobalt blue glaze would make a great gift or would look wonderful on display with the rest of your BMP collection! Brush McCoy Piggy Planter - UNMARKED - Cream Color - Matte Finish
This is an unmarked piece but I did some research on this and this is a McCoy piece dating to 1940's. It has the matte finish associated with the Brush McCoy pieces. It doesn't have any chips or cracks that I can feel or see but it does have some light crazing lines toward the bottom half and some slight scuffing. Very cute little piggy planter! Measures about 4 1/2" long and 3 1/2" tall. Has a little weight to it even though its so small.

Vintage marked Brush McCoy art pottery planter NO RESERVE
I am offering this vintage old Brush McCoy art pottery planter for auction. It is in excellent condition for the age as Brush McCoy pottery was only made as the 2 companies merged in the early part of the last century. It measures 10&1/2"long and is 5&1/2"wide and stands 6&3/4"tall so this is a large planter. I noted that it appears to have a chip on the rim but when you look closely. There are"cuttings" along the rim and not in a regular interval and this is one of them and appears a bit deeper and wider than the rest so I think it was a spontaneous decor added during manufacture and could make it very unique. This should make a nice addition to any vintage pottery collection. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need additional photos before bidding. Vintage pottery girl figurine vase. Made by DeLee Art Pottery in Hollywood. California. DeLee pottery was in business from 1937 through 1958. These lovely figurines were made during the 1940's. Nina was made with several different colors of hair and dresses. This is one of 2 I will be listing. This sweet girl has dark brown hair in braids peeking out from under her decorated scarf. The overall color is white for this girl with beige trim on her scarf and delicate beige. Lavender and blue flowers adorning her dress and scarf. She is holding her apron out on both sides to form the vase. Her foot peeks out from under her skirts with a beige shoe. She has the typical elongated eyelashes one sees on all of Jimmy DeLee's work. She has incised marking on the bottom. De Lee Art, c. 43 USA Hollywood. She has her original delee Art sticker ... moreas well. The bottom is completely glazed. She has overall glaze crazing. Which is quite common for these pieces. I have never found one that doesn't have crazing, and I have looked at a lot of them. There is no other damage. No chips, cracks or fracture lines. She stands 6 1/2 inches high.

Her name is Maria, she is a 7 inch tall blond lady is wearing a long flowing gown with yellow and brown flowers with green accents, top accented with yellow trim. Note her sweet face and the point of her yellow shoe peeking under the edge of her gown. She is 4.5 by 4 inches across the base. She is holding the fold open in her flower decorated skirt giving her a nice water reservoir should you actually want to use her to display tiny flowers. Condition is excellent except her hair color is extremely faded. No cracks, chips or repairs, she does have age crazing, which is common to DeLee pottery. DeLee Art Pottery Hollywood California - Hattie Figurine Planter
This little pottery figurine pocket vase is named Hattie. She was made in 1943 by Delee Art Potteries which was a company that was founded in Hollywood California by artist Jimmie Lee Adair Kohl in 1937 and ran for 22 years closing in 1958. The turn-of-the-century styled Hattie still has her foil name label on the bottom. A flowered feather that is perched on her Gibson Girl hairdo. Her long dress is decorated with mauve and lavender flowers with green accents and her fan matches the dress. The basket she carries at her side is open to hold flowers. She stands 7 3/4 inches tall. The underside has impressed markings which are difficult to read but I can make out"De Lee Art Hollywood" and a date which looks like 1943. Brayton Laguna Pottery Distlefink, Pennsylvania Dutch motif cradle planter
This piece measures 7 1/2" long. 4" wide, from one tip of the cradle leg to the other tip of the cradle leg, and 4" high. This piece has a high gloss glaze on the inside, which has crazing, and a matte brown with high gloss designs on outside. There are no cracks but there are three very small chips along edge on top. With roughness where the high gloss glaze meets the matte on edge. There is also clay or dirt build up along same edge. This chips can be covered easily with a burnt umber or sienna oil paint thinned as a stain. The cradle is of a Pennsylvania Dutch motif. There is a distlefink at the head side and heart at the foot. One side has tulips and lillies and the other tulips and daisies. Please check photos for more details about the artist signature, markings, and wear marks on the base of the cradle. HERE'S A GREAT VINTAGE PIECE TO DISPLAY BY ITSELF OR WITH A HOUSE PLANT OR FLOWERS. YOU ARE BIDDING ON A CAMARK POTTERY FLOWER POT/PLANTER. IT FEATURES TWO SWANS SHOWING THEIR AFFECTION FOR EACH OTHER. Pottery is cream colored. The Swans faces appear to be painted on in color. The piece measures 7.5 inches tall. 7 inches long. The opening for the planter is approximately 3" by 3" The number 521 is embedded on the bottom of the piece. This figurine was originally owned by a relative, so we are not sure what it looked like originally. It appears to be in good shape The inside of planter has some dirt marks. There also appears to be about 10 pin-sized holes on various places throughout the piece. We're not sure if this was done when it was made or if they appeared later.
