You are looking at a converted 5150 combo. It is now a 60 watt head. Full disclosure/details:This is the 5150 combo. 60watts. 6L6 tubes. Newer JJs from what the last seller that sold it to me said. The combo was"converted" to head form, so you will connect this to your own speaker cabinet. Cosmetically speaking, it's obviously ugly. I would say 5 or 6 out of 10 in all honesty. I had the sides sawed down to make the headshell flat so it could sit on a 4x12 as it should. There is obviously no tolex on those edges as the picture shows. There is also one side handle and the middle handle but not the left most handle. The pictures show the condition. I have the back cover for the head but it was off at the time. I will reattach it obviously before sending. Amp was mildly damaged in shipping when I purchased it. The"professional" ... morepacking store was not very professional. The chassis shifted slightly in transit and as a result, presence pot was bent a few degrees. I had presence pot replaced and everything is back in working order. I will pack and ship it correctly so it arrives as in working order. Ugliness aside, it sounds great. Rhythm channel can do a great clean tone and the lead channel is excellent as well. I just don’t use it and it’s too nice to just let it sit around. Not a ton of info available about these heads online. I believe this is an early 90s model and seems like it hasn't been used much. I was told that it was given a clean bill of health by the shop that the previous owner took it to. I haven't used it a lot, but I can say it works 100% and looks like new. A framus cobra 100 watts head(version 1. No external bias test points) which I got from eBay a year ago. It's a second handed but works totally normal and have never been played loud. The previous owner changed the power tubes to ruby EL34 and has JJ preamp tubes in this baby. There are some cosmetic dings on the surface when I got it already. Fender Gold Label 10" speaker from 4-10" cabinet, 1990's 8 ohms, 30 watts
Up for bid is a slightly used Fender Gold Label 10" speaker from about 1995 which may have been from a Fender Blues Deville 4- 10" enclosure. Still in great condition: no rips or tears in the cone. Cone moves freely. Rated 8 ohms, 30 watts. It has marks on the frame that shows at one time it was installed in an amp, but that's it! I hooked it up to my Princeton Reverb II and it works nicely. When I cranked the amp up a bit it went into some sweet feedback! No crackling or rattling. 1974 Peavey Classic Series 100 TUBE AMP 50 watts RMS 2 new 12 inch speakers
I am selling my 1974 Peavey TUBE Amp. I just put 2 Brand new Vintage replacement Jensens in it. Not even 20 minutes on them yet. I have a copy of the owners manual for it. Guitar not included just for size referance Everything works great on it. Now and then when turning a knob it will be a little scratchy, so pots will need to be cleaned. This amp is load and proud American Made, the speakers are made in Italy. It used to have CTS speakers in it. There is a small rip in the grill fabric about 3/4" And a wear spot on front bottom, there is a crack on the upper front face plate by the treble knob. I had taken pictures of these these flaws. Also as with most amps of this age there a a few scratches here and there. Otherwise it looks good and sounds great. This auction is for a 2x12 120 watt guitar amp cabinet loaded with WGS speakers. One is the Veteran 30 which is a clone of a Celestion Vintage 30 only smoother with a less harsh upper mid spike. The other is an ET65 which is a clone of a Celestion G12-65. Both speakers sound great and together really compliment each other covering a wide spectrum and giving a very pleasurable listening experience. For sound bytes visit the WGS website. Warehouse Guitar Speakers. I was told by the previous owner that this cabinet was actually custom made by WGS but I cannot confirm this. I was told it is made of solid birch ply and going on the measurements it is either 3/4 inch or 5/8 inch ply. The cabinet as is weighs in at 50 lbs. It is quite heavy for a 2x12. The tolex is a orange/red color and is in decent cosmetic condition. It does have some minor cuts ... moreand scrapes from use. The worst visible blemish imo is shown in the last picture. Fender princeton 112 plus 180 watts
This princeton 112 plus is a vintage amp. It turns on fine and turns off fine. The person i bought this amp from had it kept away for years so it built up dust overtime. I cleaned the ouside as best as i could but i didnt want to mess with anything inside so i left that alone so the amp needs a good cleaning. The gain knob was broken off but still works and can be turned fully. And a missing knob on the contour. You can buy an extra one for around $4. The amp plays good as far as i know. Im a beginner so i havent been jamming hard or anything on it. Its also very loud, i cant put it pass 1 without it shaking my whole house. All in all, the amp is in good playing conditon but does need alittle cleaning. The tolex could use a replacement, only a tiny rip in the tolex. 1969 Fender Dual Showman Reverb Head 85 watts. I’ve had this amp for about 15 years now. When I first received this amp I replaced the power tubes and had the power supply upgraded from paper capacitors. I have not played this amp for 10 years or more. This amp unlike a Twin was never equipped with a MASTER VOLUME CONTROLKNOB. There was never any fooling around with this amp or doing something stupid to remove it or relocate it. I started playing with an acoustic group and still am. The largest tube amp I own now is 15 watts. This amp started making a noise and I sent it off to get repaired. It would play for a couple of minutes and then this noise appeared. If I would have known now what I didn’t know back then I would have started trying to change out one tube at a time. I told the person I sent it to to keep it for about a month and make ... moresure the problem is taken care of. When I sent it off I rebuilt the cabinet. It now has a red leather covering. New knobs, grill cloth, chassis straps, chassis screws, a new lifting strap and rubber feet. I never met this person I sent the amp too but he basically overhauled the amp without getting my approval first. When he told me the bill was $399 I got really unpleasant and then he said you have a lifetime warranty on this amp. I have the invoice. There are no tubes in this amp now. You’ll just have to take my word that this amp works. It does come with all of the tube covers. The bias adjustment has been upgraded to an adjustable bias. The adjustment is right behind the choke where you stick a small screwdriver in and turn a screw. The amp works best with older NOS tubes. It has a lot of character and a vintage sound. There is one thing that I’m concerned with and it was like this when I received it back. It plays fine when you leave the bright switch in the up position but when you take it off bright it sounds to me like it loses more volume than it should.
