This lot consists of two syringes(1) imperial Viking 10cc with cracked glass(2) Franklin serum co 20cc. Franklin blood stop tin no zip code so I think it's pre 60's it has some rust on bottom and is sealed. Also included is an 11" emasculator I don't know if this is old at all. The three pieces of paper are cool the most colorful being the old Flemings catalog. The mystery piece is a very neat old awl it has the initials R R A stamped into it. Template Antique Veterinary Medical Instruments About: These antique medical instruments are from a veterinary practitioner who had a mixed animal practice(large and small animal) in southern Illinois in the 1920s-1930s. The rustic shadowboxes are handmade. Created using reclaimed pine lumber: roof slatting, painted bead board paneling, or siding from houses built in the 19th century. The tools are secured firmly in place with rusted tin wire. The boxes are wired so they can hang on the wall. Or, since they stand up on their own, they would make great mantel display pieces. Here is a very old box of veterinary medicine. It says. Glover's Imperial Round Worm Capsules for large round worms in Puppies, Dogs Cats and Foxes Distributed by H. Clay Glover Co. Inc. 119 Fifth Avenue, New York. The box has some yellowing. A little spotting and a few abrasions. Has handwritten price in pencil faintly showing. Still has medicine inside that is only for interest, not for use. There is a publication in it that details the medicine's use, that is marked copyright 1934. The box is in decent shape for its age and would make a nice addition to a vintage collection or as a gift for your veterinarian. This item comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
