Exceptionally nice and authentic cuff-rank jacket. Ranked to a Captain in the Army Veterinary Corps, though having a full set of his earlier Army Veterinary Service buttons which have been changed for leather footballs, as was often done in combat conditions. Tailored from a heavy cavalry twill. It is in lovely condition with a bare minimum of snags and spots and will display beautifully. Bronze AVC collar badges in standard E-W configuration. No other holes in the collar. I removed his trio medal ribbons before having the jacket dry-cleaned. As the silk often doesn't like the process. They are in the top pocket awaiting re-attachment, but interestingly you can see that he was still wearing this same jacket when the medals were issued in 1919, as they have left quite a mark on the fabric. The usual WW1 ticket pocket in the false waistband. ... morePlus a fob pocket inside. There is no moth to this jacket but there are TWO areas where equipment has snagged and the damage repaired: to the top of the right bellows pocket where the pistol holster may have rubbed; and to the right shoulder-blade at the back, which may be covered by a Sam Browne shoulder-strap. The cotton lining inside is torn in two places to the skirt. Size is reasonable: 38 inch chest. 34 inch waist, shoulder seam to cuff 25 inches, base of collar to skirt 33 inches(it's the difference between these last two measurements that tells you whether any jacket is really WW1 or not! GE Medical LOGIQ Book Veterinary Ultrasound System With three probes. Carrying case, power supply This is a nice working GE LOGIQ Book veterinary ultrasound system with a sturdy carrying case. Three probes included. Model No. 2349933. Color screen. This is marked Veterinary Use Only on the bottom. But it looks the same as the one for humans. This was a lease return. Turned back at the end of the lease. This is essentially a specially built laptop computer. It has a battery but the battery does not take a charge. So I am going to tell you right up front, the battery is dead. If you want to use it on battery power you are going to have to order a battery for this unit. It does seem to be working fine plugged in. The screen is bright and clear. All the buttons work, the gain control works, it all works great. I didn't have to have a password ... moreto do what I did but there could be passwords on the service mode, I don't know and I don't have any passwords in any case so none are included. I found the service manual for a Logiq Book XP. Looks the same but I am no expert. Three transducers included. One marked 8L and 8L-RS on the plug. One marked 3C, one smaller one that doesn't have markings on it like the other two, so I don't know. They all work, I plugged them in and moved them on my chest and I got moving images. There is a PCMCIA 10/100 network card included. So this can probably save on the network. Send the study that way, etc. Study rolling carry case that holds it all. This is in good working condition. But there are scratches and scuffs typical of all used business equipment. Dead battery, remember. Unit, case, charger, three transducers, ethernet card, no other items are included. This carries a 14 day return warranty from us but you are going to need a battery, so that is not warranted at all. You don't see these everyday! Given it's age(102) it's in pretty good shape. Has a wooden box that shows wear but has 4 surgical instruments that were meant for something? I assume to help the cow produce milk? It was made by J. Sklar Mfg and they are still in business today making high precision surgical instruments- so these must have been expensive in their day. Antique Rare Late 1800's Dr. Daniels Veterinary Medicine Advertising Bulldog Amazing find. A beautiful Dr. Daniels advertising bulldog statue. The item has been purchased from the estate of a 80 years old person who remembers having this piece in the family since she was a child. The statue is made of limestone and has definitely seen better days, however considering that it is a fragile piece it is definitely a true survival, despite de time wear. The leash around the dog's neck reads"DR. DANIELS" the piece measures 10" tall, base measures 7"x5" used condition, multiple dents, scratches, paint loss, missing parts of the ears, base also shows wear. This piece definitely has a lot of character. This item contains a 40 cc veterinary syringe made by Becton. Dickinson& Co in Rutherford, New Jersey, and a syringe filling kit, which is missing the valve. The syringe is intact and should work in needed. But I have not tested it. The syringe has all the o-rings and gaskets and easily disassembles and assembles. Let me say that, while I suppose it's possible that Becton, Dickinson& Co. are still in business and making syringes, this is a 1960's period syringe. The syringe filling kit is also by Becton. Dickenson& Co and is as shown. It is in the original box(with damage) and is less the necessary valve. However, it contains on needle and one metal tube(approximately 9" long, as well on a rubber tube(approximately 36" long) and was designed to be used with this syringe. The kit also contains one torn envelope, ... morethe instructions for assembling the valve, and three screws and two valve springs. One end of the box is missing and one corner of the other end is torn. The box bottom has a torn cover. SHIPPING IS INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.
