A simple"freeze" button stores images of interest and allows on-screen marking, measurement, notes and patients information. Multiple outputs allow transfer to data storage device of your choice; computer or video recorder. A well written operators manual is included as well as a packet of directions and checklists for tuning and calibration. Note: We have no ultrasonographer to really put it through its paces. We skimmed the operators manual. Turned it on and put the probe on a volunteer with some lubricating jelly. In the chest we could easily see the heart beating and distinguish between atria and ventricles.
