30 Kimax Glass Culture Test Tubes Plastic Caps Label 6 Inch Includes Holder They measure about 6" long with a 7/8" opening. All but one are in very good to excellent condition. No chips, or cracks. One has a small chip on the rim. And the plastic cap has a chip, but closes. These were found in a shed at an estate sale. There was possibly 30 years of dust on them. I cleaned them the best I could. But could use more.

Industrial versiion of the 6V6GTA tube These have the top large ring getter and copper rods- gray plates I tested these in my Hickok 800a and pics show each testing right at NOS spec. I also tested them in my custom bench tester for Ma and GM at 250v plate and screen The actual factory tube data sheet specs on these call for: 250v plate voltage@ 12.5v bias NOS micromhos of 41 00- 45 ma plate current As tested in my custom bench tester at those settings: Test results- Micromhos- P late current Tube 1 4183- 40.6 ma Tube 2 4112- 39.0 ma As you can see both are very strong tubes and well balanced! Beautiful Antique Test tube Rack and test tubes, very clean, Nice vintage set.
This listing is for a beautiful Antique/vintage set of 13 test tubes on a wonderfully aged wooden rack. This is a full set and is being sold as found from an old building here in Maine. This set includes three different sizes of test tubes. The wood base has some blemishes on the sides. And of course some discoloration with age, which lends to the overall appeal of the piece. It is very solid and sound, and has no breaks that I have found with careful inspection. All the test tubes are clean and free of cracks or chips. This is a beautiful vintage set, I would estimate it to be from around 1950-60, judging from the other items I found with this set up.

Fairchild 6200B curve tracer calibration checked,test transistors and tubes
The Fairchild 6200B is a general purpose system three terminal curve tracer. The collector supply is variable in three ranges up to 1000 Volts. The step generator is continuously variable over six ranges from.1ua to 11ma. The step generator can also generate continuously variable voltage steps up to a maximum of 35 volts making it very useful to trace vacuum tubes. This unit when found had a dent on the front right corner. I opened it up and did an esr check of the electrolytics. I replaced three frozen front panel switches and soldered a couple of bad joints. I did a check of the voltage. Current and step generator ranges and everything tested OK. The calibration looks to be still pretty good. VINTAGE STELLAR MICROSCOPE, FINISHED SLIDES & SLIDE EQUIPMENT & TEST TUBES
This auction is for a VINTAGE MICROSCOPE. SLIDE SETS, EQUIPMENT TO MAKE SLIDES AND MISC. SCIENCE EQUIPMENT. The Microscope is a STELLAR 3-Turret model(100 X, 200 X& 300 X) in the original wooden box. This microscope is a great starter microscope and is made in Japan. It dates to about 1960. The original box includes a single finished slide of a silkworm nest. This auction lot includes a 1956 book called"Hunting With the Microscope" which covers how a microscope works, gathering specimens, cultures, and preparing slides. It also has two sets of prepared slides. The first is a set of 6 slides of B-3 Fibers by Aristo-Craft. The second set is 12 slides of plants by Selsi#692-2. Both of these sets were made in Japan. For fun in making slides there is a full, unopened box of AL*Si*CO brand clean slides 75 x 25 mm. The box reads 1/2 ... moregross which would be 72 slides. The cover glasses for the slides are Gold Seal, made in Germany. This box has been opened but most appear to be still there. There is a FISHER#1540 Castaloy clamp for, I believe, holding test tubes. The glassware included are a 100 ML Pyrex beaker; 2 test tubes with plastic stoppers(these are 6" long by 3/4" in diameter and I suspect they might be cigar tubes) 6 Trademark P Pyrex tubes which are about 5" long by 5/8" in diameter; and 5 Trademark P Pyrex tubes which are 4" long by 5/8" in diameter.
