Really neat unit. Allows you to observe the fundus and at the same time have a 35mm slide from previous visit in the same view for comparing and observing changes. The observer sees both the live and previous view at the same time. Maybe missing parts has been in storage, would be good if someone already has one. Not sure which slit lamps it connects to, but I know it was used on a Zeiss 20 and 30 SL.
