Together with a Goldman Applanation Tonometer including calibrating instrument and spare contact prism, a Haag Streit floor stand, Haag Streit three mirror examining contact, single mirror H/S gonioscopy contact and H/S contact lens for slit lamp use. Also two different sized mirrors, two different magnification eye pieces, a different fixation lens, two H/S spare bulbs and two H/S chin rest packs. The upper lever which contains, I believe, a green color and polaroid filter, is immobile, but I never use it anyway. This instrument and accessories are presently attached to a balanced floor stand set up which is described elsewhere in E bay but the instrument would be easily detached.

Nidek SL 250 Slit Lamp Ophtalmic
I am pleased to present you that Nidek slit lamp I am not a specialist but as i can see outdoor it is in great used condition without damages.Scratches and cracks.I do not know how it works and what is used for.The lenses is in excellent condition too.As i can see from the product catalogue there is a table with it which is missing and the original box(package) missing too! The Items pictured in a few different views are those for sale in this listing The larger mirror has some light scrathes. But I think it is useable. The lenses and other mirror are without problems. Pulled from a Nikon CS-2 Slit Lamp. so that I could sell it separately) is a Laser Aperture( lens made to go with YAG Lasers. It's sealed(twist sealed, can be removed) inside of the housing shown and is in perfect condition. I can't find a single flaw on it(the glass) The housing is very close, but has a couple of paint imperfections on it, which are totally irrelevant. Anyways.
