This slit lamp is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition condition except for the slit beam(see below) It has both the exam and laser prisms. It also has the tonometer bracket. The transformer is included as well. No table though.but it installs onto any power table with 2 screws through the top. The slit beam is definitely not broken or binding. The knob turns smoothly; but the beam width is stuck on one side because it needs a good lubrication(care of me letting the slit lamp sit unused) I just don't have time to do it myself. Posted with

This was previously in use in a ophthalmology facility before being removed for an upgrade. It has been sitting in storage in a climate controlled warehouse for a number of years now. But should be in working condition. The main issue is that the key is missing. the company that I obtained it from had no idea where the key was. It will need to be re-keyed by a locksmith. Alternatively, you could simply open the control panel and replace the entire key/ ignition module, which would probably be the easiest and cheapest method. As you can see from the photos. The machine is in excellent cosmetic condition and is very clean. It comes with an extra foot switch/ pedal(see photos) Although I have no way to test this ... morewithout the key. Zeiss Slit Lamp 30 M was used as part of Argon Laser delivery system. Includes only the slit lamp. Power source and table top. Does not include stand or table or mounting bracket. Very good shape, no dents or scratches, Works very well, very clear views of anterior segment, cornea and anterior chamber and contact lenses. Does not include an applanation tonometer and one cannot be installed at present. It still has the argon laser head/adaptor still in place which will need to be removed and replaced with tonometer adaptor. Useful in present set up for contact lens checks, LASIK follow up vists etc.
