The Eppendorf Gradient 5331 MasterCycler makes PCR temperature a much quicker process. Using the gradient function a temperature gradient can be configured across the block for temperature differences between 1 and 20°C. What used to take several runs at different temperatures can now be completed in just one run. When the gradient function is not in use the Peltier controlled block offers precise homogeneity. Guaranteeing the best reproducible results. The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient block can hold both 0.2 and 0.5ml tubes or a microtitre plate. There is no need to change blocks. The Eppendorf Mastercycler gradient controlled thermal cycler is a great fit for labs that out running our of space. This small foot print PCR is equipped for 96 well blocks. Casio PCR-260 Electronic Cash Register- NO KEYS This Casio PCR-260 register does not include any keys. Also. As you can see in the second picture, there are three bill weights inside the register. I don't know if this is by design or if the other bill weight is missing, but there is a fourth spring in there. The register turns on and all the keys appear to function when pressed. I have not personally operated this register beyond basic testing.
