This pulse oximeter was manufactured in 1997 and has been sitting on a shelf in my office for over 10 years. I recently replaced the battery and tested it. It's still working perfectly. It comes with the original charging unit. Finger sensor with 10' cord, and a roll of thermal paper for the on-board printer. I do not have the original user manual for it, but have included a copy of a similar unit(504DX) for reference.
