I bought this Heine Omega 180 binocular indirect ophthalmoscope new when I was in solo practice and used it lightly. There are no noticeable wear marks nor is it damaged in any way. There are two adjustments on the unit. First is to move the light up/down and second to make the diameter of the light larger/smaller.
