It appears to take regular ... more35mm roll film. It has a provision to rewind the film when the grey lever is turned. It has a frame counter. The film advance knob is locked until a lever is tripped from inside the camera. Which releases it to advance one frame. There is a shutter door that is opened from inside the camera by pushing on the lever attached to the top of the door. Which is evidently to cover the film when changing to another cassette part way through a roll of film. The rectangular door is visible in the second picture. There is a separate plastic dust cover to keep it clean when not attached to its camera. External cosmetics are fairly represented in the pictures. It looks as if this didn't have a lot of film run through it: there is no evidence of wear internally. The inside is clean. I'm going to start this off cheap enough that you can make a pinhole camera out of it if nobody else recognizes its use. No Reserve.

A nice clean working and beautiful to look at Kodalux L Lightmeter. This is a high quality light meter from Germany and is accurate which I know as I used to use this on my Leica M2/3's and earlier Leicas. I have for sale a Vintage"Microscopical Preparations" with a case made by E. Leitz New York. It is a very old case containing slide samples of various plants. It was made for/by Brooklyn College of Pharmacy. They include: Some are hard to read. Corn starch Potato starch Linseed Hemp seed Hairs from tea Pine Arnica Clove flower Anise There are 93 entries in all. Because they are so old. Many of the paper labels have become unglued. This microscope was made by Ersnt Leitz Wetzlar company, which was founded by K. Kellner in Wetzlar in 1849. The name of the company comes from engineer E. Leitz, who was hired to work in the firm and afterwards became its owner. It is a remarkable fact that Leitz has been always a reference in the field of optical material; its Canadian factory was renowned by their famous Leica cameras. This microscope comes in its original solid wood case and keeps all its accessories. Eyepieces and lenses in good condition. The microscope is made of brass with parts painted black. The brass keeps the original varnish, meant to protect the metal from rusting. This is why the brass ... moreis so polished and shiny, free from pitting. The lenses are in very good condition and provide a clear and neat view. In the central cylinder we can see the inscription Enrst Leitz Wetzlar and London, with the serial number: 122054. The name of the company is also engraved in the lenses. The microscope preserves all its original components: lenses, eyepieces, mirrors and the clips attached to the stage. The case which houses the microscope is made of solid beech wood. Inside there is a wooden stand designed to hold the eyepieces. We can also see two wooden boxes with sliding covers which contain material designed to clean the lenses and prepare the samples. The case has dovetail joints. As beautiful as strong, and keeps the original lock and keyhole. The metal handle at the top, designed to carry the microscope, is also original. In the upper edge of the box we can see the serial number, carved on the wood; this number also appears in a label fixed to the inside of the door. This label shows some technical data with information about the microscope, the objectives and the eyepieces under the name of Magnification Table. Superbly sharp enlarging lens from Leitz/ Leica. The sharpest 50mm lens I have had the pleasure of making prints with. Superb sharpness at F4.5 and superb contrast too. The optics are in perfect condition with no fungus but there are a few bits of dust inside but these do not affect performance at all. I have had three of these lenses before and the presence of dust should not be something to cause undue worry. I had one lens serviced(not this one) to clean it out and it was never the same again. Antique Bausch & Lomb Microscope with E. Leitz Wetzlar and Carl Zeiss Optics

The brass against the black make this microscope a wonderful scientific display piece. 1) The removable Eyepiece Lens is marked on the barrel, Carl Zeiss Jena(engraved in script) The screw out eye optic(unscrews from the short barrel of the eyepiece lens) is marked, 6 Compens- Ocular. The bottom lens of the eyepiece(one that inserts in the top of the microscope) looks good. The top glass lens of the eyepiece has scratches and tiny pits(they do NOT show up in the photo) A guide fiber or hair has been internally attached(about rim to center) and can be seen when viewing. Wear and a some marks to the knurled ring. Turret objective lenses are: 1) The thinner objective lens is marked ... moreon the barrel, C 11 C. ZEISS C 5102(brass part near lens) Wear and tarnish. Shining a light at an angle on the front lens it looks good. 2) The shorter of the thick objective lenses(dull barrel) is marked, 3 E. Leitz Wetzlar Ind U 2. Wear. Tarnish and small marks on the smaller knurled section. Shining a light at an angle on the front lens it has pits or bubbles. 3) The taller of the thick objective lens(shinier barrel) is marked, 1 12 Oel Immersion E. Leitz Wetzlar Ind. U.3 Apert. 1.30 51267(on the metal of the front lens piece) Wear. Tarnish and some mottling to one of the rear knurled sections. Shining a light at an angle the front lens it looks good. The front sections of each of the objective lenses can be unscrewed(see photos) The microscope on the front is marked, BAUSCH& LOMB OPTICAL CO. Rochester. N.Y. U.S.A. On the side is marked, PAT. JAN. 5. 1915. 1 18 893(on the brass part of the pull out tube) The turret is marked on the top, B. L. O. CO. PAT. DEC. 1. 08. Optics are good, only a slight haze, not enough to bother having it cleaned. Cosmetically the lens is in Excellent + + condition. It’s a useditem so can expect some minor surface blemishes. There is a little wear to the knurled high points of the focusing ring, there are no dings, dents or scratches in the finish. It shows only slight signs of usage. The lens hood has some minor marks on the finish as well as the filter ring(see Photos) Glass is clean and clear with no fungus. Haze, mold, cleaning scratches or separation in the coatings. No internal dust that's worth mentioning. I’ve seen more dust ... morespecks inside new lenses right off the shelf. Focus is smooth and tight. F-stop clicks(adjustable in ½ stops) are precise and definite and the iris blades are oil free. Crisp and move freely. The main component is the stabilized XBO 75 xenon short arc lamp power supply manufactured by LEP. It was manufactured for distribution by Leitz dealer networks and carries the part number 99 00 15(incidentally. The same part number used when Zeiss dealers sold the'Zeiss' branded version) The power supply has a resettable LED elapsed time display used to monitor the running time of the lamp. Currently it is displaying 397.8 hours. The second element is an XBO 75 socket that is specific to the Leitz lamphouse 102Z. The third element is the xenon lamp which has about half its life. There is no opacity to the quartz envelope. The fourth element is the lamphouse 102Z. This lamphouse is functional as far as it exists. But ... moreis missing the interchangeable condenser element and heat filter. A spring-steel blade used to secure the condenser is also missing along with the retainer E-clip. The lamphouse has a special retainer block mounted on the inside of the cover plate that enables the lamphouse to be used in a position other than horizontal. It restricts the condenser carrier so it doesn't swing to one side when mounted vertically. The condensers carried a separate catalog number. Condition of the power supply and socket is excellent. The lamp starts as soon as the supply is switched on and there is no flicker. The lamphouse will need to have a collector installed. And should also have either a Calflex type reflective heat filter or a KG1 heat absorbing glass. All motions on the lamphouse work properly. There are a few minor scuffs in the finish of the lamphouse, and the cooling louvers at the top of the lamphouse have bleached.
