I removed the cases and temporarily made solid connections between the fuse recepticals- just long enough to test for power. Both powered up(green lights and fans came on) On one, the rotor spindle tried to spin but appeared to be bogged down(then it was very'stiff' when I tried to turn it by hand) On the other one, the spindle did not seem to be trying to turn at all. I am selling these as'parts' units or a'fixer-uppers. Sold as is. There is one rotor included. Power cords are not included. From the WEB: The Eppendorf 5415C micro centrifuge is a compact.
