Vintage Columbia Dentoform with box Dentist model oddity
You are viewing a vintage Dentoform lower jaw model for orthodontic students. The model is missing a few teeth plus one tooth is missing the attachment screw on the under side of the model. Alot of these on ebay appear to have plastic mounting jaw arms. This one is metal. I was told its from the 50s. Also the tooth with the filling was also said to me to be silver. Such a nice touch! In one hand we see a syringe, the other a pair of pliers. Looks like someone has a tooth ache and an extraction coming up! He stands approx. 8.5" tall. He is in great condition without breaks chips or cracks. He could use a scrub. Vintage Wooden Barber / Dentist Cabinet
Nice solid Barbers cabinet. I believe it is made of maple for the outside of the cabinet with plywood shelves and the back is masonite. The cabinet has one drawer. Two doors( one has a glass) and a tip-out bin in the bottom with an opening to put neck wraps or trash in. The bin is metal. The drawer has a solid bottom and the doors have good hinges. There are some scratches on the cabinet. It is 44" tall, 15" wide and 11" deep not including the handles. Please ask any other questions that you may have.

Used Pelton & Crane Dental Dentist Lamp Light LF PLUS For Tattoo or Home Decor
Well. I have this light. I bought it some time ago, I had designs for this light. Well, I had ideas of how I would use this light. My first idea was to use as a really cool reading light, and the base could be something I would make. I had a few ideas. The other use I had in mind is in my workshop, the long swiveling arm makes it great for working in a rather large area, just swing around to where I needed really bright light. The light is rather focused, so is not a flood type light, it is an intense bright sopt. The size of the spot depends on the distance the light is from the object being illuminated. of course you know that. This light is a Pelton and Crane Model# LF Plus. I did some research on it. There are some available. I found one exactly like this for $10,000, Ok, I am serious. Maybe I read the ad wrong, but it was some medical ... moresupply company, and it said just this one light. I like that price, but, I know, I know, I am not a medical supply house, I am just a guy who has odd and unusual eclectic taste. I like this light taken out of the medical setting and repurposing it, it will certainly be a eye catcher. Do YOU know anyone with this type of light in thier office, study, living room, bathroom, attic, shop, basement, closet, kitchen or garage? Or, a tattoo shop, or, yes, a dental office? Ok, the last 2 probably. I will let the pictures show the light. I had to use my vise in the work shop to hold it for the pictures, so background is rather busy. This light has a standard electrical plug. It uses a 150 watt halogen bulb. It has an on/off toggle switch at the head of light. And a 3 way light intensity knob near the swivel arm center. Now. You are asking yourself, why am I selling this light. well, I do not know that I am, there has to be a buyer, and I am certainly ok with keeping it. Up for auction is this cast iron mechanical bank featuring a dentist pulling a patients tooth. This bank is in really nice shape with the exception of a few spots where the paint has chipped. The bottom of this bank does not appear to have any markings. However. I can make out an T and an A on the bottom but that is all. This is a very cool bank that is in full working condition. You put your coin in the side of the dentist and when the lever is pushed it appears that the dentist has yanked the tooth from the patient's mouth and they both go flying. It is hilarious. Cast Iron EARLY Dentist Chair! Adjustable Gears! Antique Steampunk industrial
Up for sale is this unbelievable very early dental chair. Probably from right around the turn of the century. The chair is incredibly heavy and solid. The adjustment gears still work and the seat can go from 90 deg to all the way back where your feet will be above your head. The metal has a beautiful patina with some paint. There is a base foot attachment that connects and has an SWS monogram. Everything is cast iron except of the two round knobs on the back, the floor board of the footrest, and the seats The uphosltry is in VERY rough condition. The leather seat is essentially wrecked and there is a hole in the back rest. The head rest leather is pretty good. The gears which control the height of the head rest are tight. they may loosen with some WD40. But I didn't want to change the chair at all. The floor board of the footrest is wood ... morecovered with some material. that material is pretty chewed up and definitely got wet at some point. The wood still looks good. The hydraulic lift makes noise and is free, but I can't seem to get the chair to go down to it's lowest height. There are two detachable arms, one is broken at the attachment point and to be fixed would need to be welded back together. This chair is gorgeous and very early. It's in rough condition. Thus the price, but simply replacing the leather would make the chair useable and a great addition to your home. This cannot be shipped. it probably weighs around 200-250 lbs. I'll drive up to an hour from 07456 to meet you or drop this off. Though if you live further, I may be willing to make the trip. Please contact me with any questions! Antique Treadle. Pedal Driven Cast Iron Dentist Drill SS White Dental Dentistry DESCRIPTION An antique pedal powered dental drill from the SS White Company in great condition. This nightmare inducing device was made to last with a sturdy and beautiful decorative cast iron base and pulley wheel and has original paint and striping. The paint is chipped in places on the base. Some of the striping is faded and the heel of the pedal has broken off. All pulley wheels spin freely and the arm folds and moves easily. Sorry no pulley cable. It stands 55" tall from the floor to the top pulley and the swivel arm measures 44" from top pulley to drill joint when unfolded. The whole setup weighs about 24 lbs. See for more great items. Antique Leather Dentist's Bag-Medical-Doctor-Includes Empty Glass Vials/Bottles!
This is a fantastic antique dentist's bag. It is real leather and all the locking and latching mechanisms are in working order(missing key) All chemicals/drugs have been removed from the vials/bottles and destroyed. So they are not included(see last picture) The bag measures approximately 17" long x 6" wide x 6" high. There are 35 glass vials(9 w/cork stoppers and one with a metal top) I examined each one pretty closely while I was emptying them of their contents and cleaning them. I only noticed one with a 1" crack from the lip down one side of the bottle. Otherwise, they all look very good. There are 9 additional bottles(2 w/nice glass stoppers) Of particular interest are the 2 small bottles with the Testacoid labels. Testacoids were used to treat sexual glandular insufficiency and accompanying conditions, such as ... morenervous debility, nerve depression, presenility, hypogonadism, and kindred affections and as a general activator of the sexual glands. Antique Silver plated Chaffing dish oil alcohol lamp burner dentist unused wick
I am not quite sure how old this little cool burner is. I have never seen another one like it. The clever threaded mechanism allows for different intensity of the flame. It appears to have never been used before. It is quite clean and the wick looks brand new. There are no markings on on it but I am quite sure it is silver-plated. The bottom has one ding on the edge-see last pic. I am positive that this was a display piece in someones cabinet since it appears to be so clean.
