Aesculap ( Asclepion ) Pro Yellow laser
For sale is an Aesculap- Meditec Pro Yellow laser. date of Manucture 2000 in Australia by Norseld.Corporation. Who is still in business and manufacturing a similar laser. There are two wavelengths, 511( green) and 578( yellow) I purchased the laser with the idea of using it on port wine stains but I never tried it on a patient. The laser does power on, uses standard current( 110) Complete with handpieces, foot pedal, goggles. Would make a great laser for laboratory use- I would not advise use on patients unless completely familiar with the laser. Only thing missing are the support stands for the laser which is built like a large rectangle. The laser was sold in the States during the latter part of the 90's and early 2000's but never caught on, perhaps partially because of its awkward sized( 122 x 30 x 33 cm) It weights about110 lbs.
