Hi All, I have a used Philips HeartStart FR2+ AED. This is the M3860A model. It has an ECG/EKG heart monitor. This can be used by any lay person and is super easy to use. If you are an emergency professional. You can override and shock manually(you must set it up this way before using it, so it's almost impossible to accidently shock manually) Most AEDs do not have the manual shock option or the heart monitor. However, I assume no responsibility if you use this option or not. The machine has passed all tests! The battery is new. But I installed it to test the machine. The battery has logged 1 minute of use because I ran the self test(you can see it in the picture) The buttons have been tested as well as the battery. I purchased the battery new and I tested it the day it arrived. The battery has an"INSTALL BY" date of 07/2017. ... moreWhich means. If you install it by then, it will last you the 4-5 years of service that it was designed for. Like I said, the battery was purchased new and never used. If you do the research, a battery typically costs over $215 new. It comes with a memory card and tray so that it will record events. The AED itself has a few scratches on the LCD screen. But it certainly does not affect its function. There are a few black marks on the back edges of it. You get a new package of Adult Plus Electrode Pads. The pads are dated 2015-02. I included a printed out manual with it. It's not the original. But the copy is printed from a.pdf version from Philips. It is in booklet form, unstapled. If you'd like an extra copy of it, I can make another for you free of charge. Manuals are sold at certain AED stores if you want to spend $22 for one. Agilent Technologies Heartstream FR 2 AED
Agilent Heartstream FR2 automatic defibrillator in gently used condition. It was tested weekly while in service. It was taken out of service when a new generation of defibrillator was installed. The unit tests fine. But will come without a battery. It was dead, and shipping lithium batteries is a hassle for a dead one. New batteries can be easily purchased. It comes with one set of pads that are out of date. They're still sealed in the original packaging. So will still meet minimal requirements, but are not suitable for a public access unit. The overall condition is a 9.5 out of 10. Minor scuffing on the outer red case. Never dropped or miss handled.
